I really hate to write a bad review, because I honestly believe the owners are very nice people. However, as business owners, they may benefit from taking some classes or workshops on the basics of running a gym. I signed up over a year and a half ago through a 3rd party service, which then in turns pays the gym owners for my membership.
There is nothing wrong with the gym itself--yes it is always a little dirty, yes the machines are not that new and could probably use some servicing, but what gym doesnt have those issues?
My problem is that this morning, I went to enter the gym as usual with my code...and it was denying me entry. Thinking that this was a simple issue that could be corrected, I rang the bell to speak to one of the owners.
I was told that because I paid my membership through a 3rd party, and due to the fact that the owners themselves were having payment issues with that 3rd party, they "paused" my membership. Then, I was told that I should be the one to call the 3rd party to tell them to pay the owners...can anyone make sense of that to me? I have receipts and proof that I upheld my end of the bargain and was active in my membership. There was no warning to me that I would be suspended because of something that was an issue outside of my control.
They also have a friend who is often there early in the morning working out, and cant seem to mind his own business. At first he was friendly, but over time he mysteriously decided he didnt like me, and multiple times went out of his way to interrupt my work out to complain about the fact that I was talking to another member....in a gym where there is already loud music playing.
So between the horribly unprofessional interaction I had today, and the fact that their friend seems to think he has special privileges there, you just wont be seeing me again. Good luck in your future endeavors.

Really nice gym! Small size but has everything you need. I’ve been going for the past year and the only reason I’m stopping is because I’m moving to CT. Staff is super responsive and helpful. Would 100% rejoin if I ever move back to Westchester.

Was a a ok gym, had the essentials but they refuse to pause my membership since I am going to college. They paused it last year but somehow can’t do it this year. Poor customer service and management of equipment.

MDM Fit is a hidden gem In Westchester. The gym is well equipped with the most efficient equipment needed for an effective workout. The space is always clean, which is also a testament to the gym etiquette displayed by the members. The equipment is well maintained and they play great music that keeps you motivated. The free parking is a bonus.

Working out at the this gym has been really great for me very close to my house and I feel encouraged knowing it’s near by its clean and has all the tools to keep you fit :)

I’ve been going to this gym the last 2 months, it’s the best I’ve been, free parking, 24h open, it’s clean, quite and because it’s small you get to meet new people too.

24/7 newly equipped gym with a clean boxing area. This is a decent size for close to home workout for north white plains folks. Both men and women have been respectful, cleaning after themselves and I haven't had any issues so far and I'm a girl... Oh, the owners are always willing to help out with any concerns. I'd like to recommend this place to anyone like me who's on a student budget thinking about making the switch from planet fitness!!! Free parking is the BEST part.

This gym is very convenient, always plenty of parking (that is free) and you can not find a better price. The facility is clean and despite a relatively small space there are numerous opportinities for exercise. Oweners are very responsive to questions and are very helpful.
