I went to Meredith after Cervical Spine surgery that left me with numerous issues and weakness. She is an exceptional trainer, understands how to empower you to positive change while also nurturing your body and its unique limitations. I can not recommend this lady highly enough if there were a ten star review I’d give it.

I started working with Meredith after a knee injury to help restore strength and balance, and ten minutes into our first session I knew she’d be a game-changer. She’s that rare trainer who coaches/teaches/encourages/pushes/guides all at the same time without ever making you feel “less than.” I also carry a fair amount of trauma that I’m still processing, and she’s able to incorporate bodywork into our sessions that alleviates physical pain triggered by emotional pain. I feel completely safe and completely seen, which, if you’re dealing with trauma and body issues, is incredibly important. Can’t recommend her practice highly enough!

I started with Meredith Caraher many years ago when I had a shoulder rotator cup tear. When I was finished with my PT they suggested I continue exercising with a gym or trainer a no s suggested Meredith. I was very pleased, Meredith was caring, concerned and set up a program I could handle.even when I moved away we continued by zoom. She has made a fast improvement in my health and my desire to continue a program of fitness.

I was really hesitant to workout via zoom but Meredith's direction, energy, patience and enthusiasm made it easy. She was clear and concise with everything I needed to do.
