To start the staff here seems like they genuinely care and want to support the people who come in. That being said the structure of the workouts (in my opinion) is not the most conducive to avoid injury. I’m going to echo what someone else said about there not being enough rest time in between sets, but most importantly there is far from enough emphasis on form. Being someone who’s done HIIT, TABATA, and a bunch of high intensity classes I’ve never injured myself previously. Unfortunately during my second class here I suffered a pretty gnarly back injury, I’m also aware of a few others who had a similar experience. Not trying to trash the whole establishment just hope that they adopt safer practices 💖

The concept is promising, but the execution falls short. While the workout itself was effective, the lack of warm-up, stretching, or cooldown before and after the session was disappointing. Although the instructors were supportive during the workout, the pace between sets barely allowed time to move between stations, let alone take a drink. The entire experience felt rushed and potentially detrimental to our health. Proper warm-up, hydration, and cooldown are essential for a safe and effective workout regimen. I wouldn't recommend this place or return unless they prioritize these basic and important components.

I absolutely love this place and would recommend it to anyone at any fitness level. The coach’s are phenomenal, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable. They also push you *harddd* but in the most compassionate way. The workouts are easily modified to any level and the coach’s make the workouts feel quick and fun. I’ve been a member since May and the progress in my strength, energy and physical/mental health have been exponential. Also, the community is like no other. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive. Love Metabolic so much!

I whole heartedly love this gym so much. I was hooked after the first day I attended last March. The coaches are amazing and push you to your true potential!! They make you feel welcomed everytime you walk through the door. The workouts are so tough but so effective, I feel the strongest I’ve ever felt, these workouts are built for everyone and there needs! Even when I had a broken foot for the last 9 weeks, I have still been able to remain consistent the last 6 because of the coaches catering toward me and my needs, they still gave me a killer workout!! I have been able to remain consistent because of signing up for classes and coaches making me feel so welcome and happy every time I see them. I’ve met so many awesome people and I highly recommend Metabolic for those who are interested in getting fit, strength training and having fun!!! the vibes at this gym are immaculate. the coaches are AMAZING and they push you to be the best you can be. Sara, Ayla, and Leah are prime examples of what happens if you put in the work - they would never ask you to do anything that they wouldn’t do themselves. 11/10 recommend Metabolic!!

Best thing you can do for yourself is a 45 minute metabolic session. Not a wasted minute. Excellent coaching. Everyone rowing the same boat. Place is immaculate. Sara runs a great studio and Ayla has incredible energy. Best thing I’ve done for my health is working out at Metabolic.

My wife and I joined back in December not really knowing what to expect but we had friends that clearly pulled results. So we gave it a shot. At first it was very challenging. They encourage you to never give up as I went from going and struggling once a week to smashing the sessions 3-4 times a week. Sara and her team of excellence push you and that’s exactly what we needed. I can now say after 4 months we’re in the best shape of my life. I have done a lot of different workouts that generally do the job but with minimal results. My daughter TIERRA suggested to me back in Feb that metabolic Fitness is right up my alley. If you are looking for a gym where you just need to show up and crush goals, this is the place for you. Multiple different time blocks available for any schedule. All supplements you may need/want for success. Coaches that know you by name and actively push you to achieve those goals. Great mix of weights and cardio! This gym is for all age groups and all motions/movements can be modified to fit your need. Try it for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

This gym is exactly what I needed. I am the type, these days, to pay for a membership that I never show up to. So, needing to book an appointment has made me accountable for my workout schedule which I love.
Also, the instructors are impressive. Remembering everyone’s names and their weight sizes from previous classes is remarkable. They keep me on point during my session by encouraging me and making sure that I am using the right weight and getting the mechanics correct.
I took advantage of the free month thinking that there is no way I will pay the monthly fee (it is steep). Boy was I wrong because I now absolutely see the value in this place! I found a way to pay (by the way- your insurance might actually reimburse you for a good chunk) and I haven’t looked back! It is the best workout I have gotten and I always look forward to class.

Metabolic is a top tier gym. Sara and the coaches are very welcoming, knowledgeable, fun and encouraging. They will ensure your form is correct and push you to keep going when you want to give up. The coaching staff is top notch, well trained and motivating. At metabolic, They focus on the little details and, to me it makes all the difference. Learning your name day one, keeping the gym spotless, changing rooms and plenty of locker space are all things I overlooked in other gyms (I've mainly worked out in garage type gyms).
The programming is very thoughtful and can be scaled to all fitness levels. You get what you put into each workout but the coaches will push you to your potential each and every class. It's wizardry that they are able to lead large classes, yet make it feel like an individualized personal training session at the same time. I always feel like I get a killer workout and I am energized for the rest of the day afterwards. I'm really thankful I stepped through the doors here. Keep up the great work you guys!

I love this gym ! I started during their promotion and got a month free. I was hooked after the first day. The staff is amazing. This is my first time doing group workouts but it is fantastic. All of the trainers push you for real results and the class as a whole is very friendly and courteous. It’s a tad on the pricey side compared to non-group gyms but if you are like me and lack self motivation, then this is worth it

I have been a member of the Metabolic community since 2019 and originally started at the Saratoga studio. I was beyond excited to see a studio open in Queensbury and love seeing the community they were so quickly able to build up here. Even though my husband has built a full gym in our house, I still choose Metabolic 😂 He might not love that but I do! The coaches, the people & the workouts are always amazing. They will work with you to ensure you get a safe and effective workout and they have been nothing but supportive & knowledgeable during my pregnancy. 10/10 always.

this gym attempted to charge me for a membership of 150$ when I had never set foot in there establishment! I was offered a free 30 day trial. where I never signed up for any classes. Than attempted to cancel a week before the 30 day trial by calling and speaking with one of there Associates. I was told it would be canceled with no charges. A week later my card was attempted to be charged 6 different times in the course of one day! be careful with giving out your information to this company!!

Been a while since I a have done group fitness classes but Sara Emery and her team put on a great session every time. They focus on quality over quantity; with proper form at the forefront which great for all fitness levels from beginners to experienced.
