Wasn’t expecting incline walking to be one of the hardest most intense workouts of my week! The weighted vest, the dark room and good playlist. The form corrections for walking fast on steep inclines. This is a secretly fantastic workout and every person who doesn’t or won’t run, but knows they need more cardio in their life NEEDS to try this class at least once. You’ll be hooked I promise.

Loved my experience at Mile High Run Club! Check-in was smooth, the instructor was so kind with clear guidance, and the class was both beginner and experienced-friendly. The space was clean, secure, and motivating, I’ll definitely be back! Loana was such a fantastic instructor! She made the class welcoming and supportive, gave clear and motivating guidance, and kept the energy high from start to finish. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced runner, you’ll feel comfortable and inspired in her class!

This was my first time going and I really liked it! I’m not a runner so I went at my own pace while still feeling challenged. Lanoa was very helpful with using the treadmill and her music set was awesome!

Meghan is a great instructor especially for runners that aren't at the same level as everyone else (me). She pushes but I don't feel intimidated as I do at other gyms and I truly appreciate that. If you aren't a runner but want to start, Mile High Run Club is a great place to go. It truly is for all levels.

My treadmill was broken and disrupted my workout; I was not the only one. The women’s changing room is way too small. Not enough lockers for everyone and not enough towels. The shower was quite dirty already after the 7:30 AM class. I would not go back to this studio.

I really like the classes and the instructors, but their billing cycle is every 4 weeks…not a month. So if you’re a member for a year, you’re paying for 13 months…not 12.

Chaning room has not enough space, not enough lockers, half of the showers did not work. Go take a look at equinox how lockers are done, your charging the sme.
Workout itself is not structured well. They advertise it's for everyone. OK pls run at your marathon speed for 1 min. Or half maraton vs 10k. No clue you totally lost me. Also can't understand a word they are saying...

Love these classes! They have the perfect schedule before or after work to join classes.
Everything is effort based so you get to choose the speed, they just tell you what it should feel like.
Great diversity of coaches - don't like the music of one, or maybe the tempo they have the class running, find another coach! They've all got different styles of music, of running routines, nothing is the same.
Highly recommend!

My absolute favorite workout studio in all of NYC! The classes are amazing and high-energy, and each instructor has a different style of focusing on speed, intervals, hills. I specifically love having Ned or Raj as my instructor! They provide a lot of guidance and encouragement for runners of all different experience levels + great music.

I loved the classes so much, I ended up joining the Mile High Run Club’s marathon program to help me prepare for my first marathon and had a great experience. Tons of supportive coaches and mentorship during group runs and workouts.

This is a great workout class and I’d recommend it to experienced runners as well as people who are just getting into the sport. You can customize the workout to your level in a totally judgement-free and supportive environment. Lastly, the music is always on point and the instructors are so friendly!

MHRC got me back into running and was able to finish the NYC half. As someone that vehemently used to hate running, MHRC has some of my favorite workout classes. Music, lights, and coaches always set it up for the perfect high.

This was honestly an amazing gym for running! I travel for work and am constantly on a treadmill. The combination of Al, our instructor, the music, lighting, and motivation seeing other people running made this the most enjoyable treadmill run I’ve ever had. It went by so fast and felt I got an amazing workout. The stretching room was great as well!

I went to Mile High for the first time at this location and absolutely loved it. I am used to boutique studios like Barry's Bootcamp and felt like this was a lot more self-guided than those, but just as energizing. There wasn't a moment that I felt like slacking because the instructor was great and the class was small. I also think the running guide on the treadmill is helpful for someone that does not know what a low or high run should be for their level. My only issue was that the treadmills are a struggle to get used to adjusting the speed and incline (they recommend you not use the keypad because they can be hard to get to work).

I LOVE MHRC!!!!!! I hated treadmill running with a passion until I tried this class. I now go every single week and have noticed a huge improvement in my running. My favorite classes are with Coach Raj and the simulations are so cool and make the classes fly by! Thank you MHRC for empowering me to run faster and more often :)

MHRC has been an amazing training tool for me! I've been running for 10+ years and have never been able to break past my average 9-ish minute pace. With MHRC, I've been pushed beyond my normal comfort zone, and have shaved :30+ seconds off my miles just from switching up my routine.

To note, all of the teachers have different styles of leading their programs as well as different music and attitudes, which makes for a great (never boring!) workout every time!

I’m addicted to Mile High. Not only is it an amazing workout, I’ve seen a huge improvement in my race times & have been injury free since making MHRC a regular part of my routine. The instructors are all awesome, it’s nice to try a few different classes to find your favorites.
The women’s locker room has 4 showers and lots of mirror space for getting ready post class.

Attending regular Mile High classes was a great way for me to prepare for a half marathon! Both the 45 minute classes and 60 minute classes are great cardio workouts that you can tailor to your skill and to the level of intensity you're wanting for that day. The instructors are motivating and also offer great tips throughout the class to help focus on your form and build up your strength the right way. I would not consider myself a "runner" but have loved attending mile high classes!

Highly, highly recommend Mile High! The classes are never the same but always leave you feeling energized, empowered, and sweaty. Coach Raj pumps up the music and is extremely encouraging throughout every workout! The lighting adds extra intensity, especially when you're sprinting in the last few minutes of class.

Every coach has a different style, so find what works for you and run with it (no pun intended!)

The most unique, challenging, and addicting workout!!

Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out on the tread, MHRC is a super welcoming and energizing place. I've brought friends who walk in pegging themselves as 'not a runner,' and leave very excited to come back!! My favorite classes are taught by Coach Raj (upbeat & amazing music, no two classes are the same), but try out all the coaches & class types to really get the feel for everything offered. I walk out of each session feeling insanely accomplished (and very sweaty!!). I owe it to the folks at MHRC for completing my first half marathon. You seriously become a better runner at this place, no matter your starting point.

Classes fill up quick, so make sure you sign up ahead of time!!

I went from not running at all for 15 years to finishing a half marathon in less than 2 hours with only six months of training at MHRC. I couldn’t have done it without this studio. The coaches craft training intervals that really improve performance. I’m looking forward to hitting more goals with their help.

I miss living within walking distance of this studio. Mile High Run Club is an awesome treadmill class for new runners and seasoned pros. The coaches clearly care about their work (but not too much to where it feels like they're hovering in class). You can push yourself as hard or as little as you feel comfortable. There's no pressure, which is a great environment to learn in if you're new to running. You'll learn how to safely pace yourself and practice interval running. I came here a couple of times a week to prepare for my first 5K and it was a great experience!

Great experience at every class I’ve attended here so far! It’s expensive for sure, but the facilities here are great (this location has much bigger women's locker room and showers (4 showers) than the NoHo one), and the instructors/coaches are awesome and happy to share advice after class too. Studio provides towels (sweat and shower), but BYO water bottle!

Took my first class after seeing MHRC on PopSugar - never thought of myself as a runner but I'm hooked. My Sunday morning distance runs has become a ritual. Coach Rich is super motivated, always a has a great playlist and the intervals are challenging without being defeating. For the first time, I'm actually interested in running races.
