Joshua is an exceptional personal trainer! Even once a week sessions are very efficient, and I see noticable results in the muscle tone and strength, improvement in my posture. He customizes every session based on individual's needs, motivates me to do my best. I feel grateful for the opportunity to have Joshua at Mind Over Matter Health and Fitness as my trainer, and highly recommend to have work outs with him!

I have had an incredibly positive experience working with Joshua Margolis and my yoga trainer, Julie, over the past several weeks. As I look ahead to having major surgery in a few months, I wanted to focus one-on-one with someone who would help me build core strength ahead of this that will aid in my recovery. This yoga program is highly individualized for my needs and I felt welcome as a beginner without much prior knowledge besides a few YouTube videos. Both Joshua and Julie are very responsive to any questions or concerns, and genuinely interested in my wellness goals. The Zoom format is flexible with my life and scheduling needs, and I know I will appreciate the option to have in-person sessions in the future. Trust that you are in great hands with Mind Over Matter Health and Fitness!
