I’ve been doing pilates with Modern Dynamic Pilates since july of this year and i love everything on it!!! Megan is the best! She really knows what she is doing, she is very thoughtful as an instructor and is very patient for beginners like me!!! She is also very nice and she will let you know or guide you in each and every step of the way!!! I’ve been fully committed now in improving my body activities/movement and modern dynamic pilates helps me a lot and i can also see improvements on my body and feeling so much better!!! I stumbled upon Modern Dynamic Pilates on ClassPass as I was easing back into fitness following a preventative mastectomy. It is easily one of the best things I’ve done for my body and mind and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Megan and how grateful I am for her and her classes. She’s kind, funny, and extremely knowledgeable. The classes are engaging, intimate, and thoughtfully constructed. I’ve learnt so much about my body and I leave each class feeling so proud of what I’ve accomplished as I continue to get stronger. Thank you Megan for all that you do!

Finding Modern Dynamic Pilates is easily one of the highlights of my year! These classes have truly changed the way I move and feel in my body. Megan is such a warm, thoughtful instructor — she takes the time to give hands-on adjustments that have completely improved my form over time. Her classes are the perfect balance: challenging enough that I’m seeing and feeling the results, yet I always leave feeling relaxed, not wrecked.
Unlike those trendy mega reformer classes that leave you feeling exhausted and broken, Megan’s approach is intentional and body-aware. I feel strong, aligned, and sore in all the right places. Honestly, a part of me wants to gatekeep this place because it’s that good — but everyone deserves to experience these life-changing classes!

Then you get to enjoy the best Pilates Reformer classes you will ever come across. Megan’s attention to detail, creativity, and skill, provide you with every sequence (and modification) you might need in order to get the healthiest workout ever. You will not only walk out of there smiling, taller, stronger, and more confident, you will leave there understanding how your body works! And yes, the next day your abs might be screaming, but only in the best possible way!!
Modern Dynamic Pilates also offers a variety of Pilates Mat classes, taught by caring, skilled instructors. I always leave there wanting more and can’t wait until my next class.

I was introduced to pilates and Megan after my pregnancy with my first child. Megan helped me recover and learn to love pilates, then helped me through my 2nd pregnancy and now, 1 year postpartum again, has helped me feel stronger and more aligned than I have ever been. Her knowledge of pilates & anatomy as well as her attention to detail make her incredible at what she does. the studio is so beautiful and my 1x1s and classes are the most calm, fun and serene part of my week. Love, love, love! Megan was amazing! Not only was she the most personable instructor I’ve had so far on my fitness journey (6 classes) but she took the time to truly help me actually understand the form and core of Pilates. The small class was nice for engaging with Megan so she could spot me on sit-ups and correct my posture to benefit my workout.
The studio is gorgeous, clean and huge. Highly recommend and so looking forward to trying the other classes they offer!
