Nice, private, personal training facility. Try to schedule with SeanπŸ‘πŸ½πŸ’ͺπŸ½πŸ‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ₯Š He's a ton of knowledge and has lots of various exercises to maximize the workouts for each individual no matter what your level of fitness is. He will make you feel extremely comfortable and won't rush you or just have you doing any of thing. He's patience and techniques are invaluable.

I’ve been training with Moshe in Mofit for almost 3 years now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training three times a week, as part of intense boot camp , really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the workout. I have lost 50 pounds after completing his boot camp, Moshe as well instruct me on a good nutritious plane how to eat right.

Moshe is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.

Importantly:

– He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.

– He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.

I thoroughly enjoy working out in the outdoor and indoor environment, and would recommend Moshe & Mofit to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated trainer.
