I began yoga to do something with my wife one evening a week. Thirty months later I'm going twice a week without her. My core strength and balance continues to increase and I am way more flexible and in better condition than I have been in ages. Amy makes it fun too!

I am very lucky to have found Amy. Working with her has been amazing for my overall wellness. Her one on one attention to my needs and goals has led to weight loss, flexibility, muscle tone, a positive mindset, and has helped my back issues. We focus is on activities that provide strengthening, stretching, and aerobics. We also work on nutrition. I love to cook and have learned to cook healthier, make better choices, and enjoy it. Amy’s methods and expertise tailored to me has made me accountable to myself while having fun. Now I need to find time to get into some classes…..PS. My golf game is getting better too!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Morton Motivation Wellness and its owner Amy. I took several classes with her, including yoga class and nutrition. Now they opened a new location and invited talented and dedicated instructors to lead new classes. I am taking two of them. What I like about it is high professionalism, warm and loving environment, flexible schedules and most of all my personal progress in my physical and mental health. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I’ve been working with Amy between four and five years. She has helped me tremendously to Avoid injury. She is also very knowledgeable for the different exercises and stretching exercises to prevent injuries. She is very knowledgeable in every aspect of nutrition for the body.
