I call mountain breeze yoga classes “JUST RIGHT YOGA”. Whatever I feel I need to work on in my body walking in the door is exactly what is accomplished by the time I walk out of the door.

Wow, I wish I could take Nicole with me back home.
She was amazing, as we flowed through the practice she flowed as well, she was PRESENT with us and adjusted along the way.
The sound therapy was amazing and I want more!
Go enjoy.
We had a private group session. I would be there all the time if I didn’t live so far away.

Thank you!

My friends and I arranged a class for our Catskills retreat! It was amazing. She is patient and kind. Has all the equipment you need...and then some. She allows modifications and teaches in a way that accomodates novice to expert. She's hands on if you need it and are comfortable. She makes you feel comfortable in class. She did a beautiful sound bath and relaxed me so much that I fell asleep during savasana. Amazing class! Amazing instructor. If you can drop in on a class please do. Everyone is so welcoming. She also has some beautiful plants inside and supplied us with some cuttings she placed out for free. I traveled back to gersey with a python and snake plant cutting. ☺️🌄 Amazing view of the mountains and greenery during class.

Nicole is an amazing sound healer. She is intuitive, skilled, and very present. The environment she creates sends me to another world. I highly recommend both group and semi-private sessions.

The offering of “Chair Yoga” piqued my curiosity. It’s been years since I’ve done regular yoga so getting started again in my sixties was a bit daunting. Could chair yoga be what I need? Turns out yes. Not what you’d think though. yeah it’s a lot easier than Matt yoga but you still get a rigorous workout. The big difference is having that chair to lean, prop, balance, and yes rest and on. The instructor is skilled, patient, encouraging and calming. Exactly what I need. It’s offered mondays an Thursdays. Must show proof of tripple vaccination.

I’ve been part of the Mountain Breeze community for years and always appreciate Nicole’s unique ability to approach yoga with a smile. Each class is unique and will benefit yogis of every level whether in studio or during this challenging year online as well.

This is a safe place (in all sense of the word) and a beautiful studio with views of the fields and mountains and the occasional eagle. There are classes throughout the week for every level. Several classes continue to have a zoom option for those who do not want to practice in person or if you are traveling. Great classes, great teachers, great location.

To have this amazing yoga studio and more importantly such an amazing yoga teacher on the mountain top is such a blessing. Being inside but so in touch with the mountains with the beautiful views through the wall of windows is perfect. Nicole is so gentle, patient, knowledgeable and beams happiness with her radiant smile and outpouring of good vibes. Such a range of classes available and, to my mind, all done under very sensible practices during COVID to ensure everyone's ongoing health and safety.

My friends arranged a class for my 60th birthday. Nicole was the most wonderful teacher and prepared a special class for our group. The views are so beautiful and peaceful from the studio. I would highly recommend Mountain Breeze Yoga.

Mountain Breeze Yoga is a nurturing, magical space that keeps me grounded each week. I look forward to it and learn something new every class. Sometimes it's movement related, but often it's a sweet life lesson that I take off the mat and into the world. So grateful to be a part of the Mountain Breeze Yoga community.
