TMB is proud to be entering another season of serving dancers and families in the Greater Syracuse area. We have created an environment designed to accommodate all dancers, ages 2 to adult! Our goal is to train versatile, well rounded, technically proficient dancers in a disciplined, organized, and thoughtful environment.

Words cannot adequately express how much my daughter has fallen in love with dance and it is all due to the extraordinary teachers and staff at TMB! Everyone in the studio sincerely cares about their craft and see to it that the students receive high quality, balanced instruction. Dancers are not only taught steps and moves, but also important life skills like how to be a team player, how to be supportive of others and the value of practice. It truly is a family-like atmosphere with older dancers helping those that are younger. I've seen my daughter gain confidence and friendships through dance. The Movement Box is so much more than a dance studio; it is a place for dancers to grow and make memories for a lifetime.

A very caring family of highly professional teachers. Throughout Covid, they went above and beyond to ensure the health and safety of their dancers. Their efforts are greatly appreciated by the students and the parents. The program is very well organized, and managed. I know my daughter learned a great deal there. Not just about dance but about character and perseverance.

The Movement Box is a top notch dance studio in the Syracuse area. The entire staff are dedicated to providing EVERY student (from tiny to adult) quality dance technique along with added expertise in other areas related to dance, that help strengthen each dancer and provide so much more learning than just technique. By providing experiences to foster growth in dance (and life in general) this studio builds a sense of community that is so important in feeling comfortable at a studio. As an adult dancer, this is a huge benefit to my dance experience here, making it the perfect place for me to call home for the past 11 years. I love TMB and everything it represents.

If you’re looking for a dance studio In the Syracuse area there’s no better place than TMB! I have been dancing here for 7 years and can truly say it is a studio like no other. All dancers are taught by the same amazing teachers, not just the “competition kids.” I cannot imagine dancing anywhere else! Even as an adult, my TMB experience has been the most amazing thing and I recommend TMB to anyone who is listening!
