I got my boyfriend a gift certificate for his birthday and he loved working with Alexis so much that I quickly started crashing his sessions. Even with both of us there together, Alexis takes a personalized approach to both of our training needs and makes sure that we're on track with our goals. We always leave sweaty and exhausted but feeling great -- couldn't ask for better!

From that start of training with Alexis, I have felt a true connection and sense of trust from Alexis. We started with an honest conversation prior to training and she was able to set up a program that allowed me to workout in a method that challenged myself but also kept me motivated.
