I did not know what to expect when I started my first workout with Justin at movement lab. But let me tell you, it was the best workout I had ever experienced. The team here is par none. I challenge you to find more knowledgeable trainers, you won't be able to! They make every proper adjustment and make sure you have the correct form, while providing a tailor made workout just for you. So grateful to have this team of trainers in my quest for optimal health and fitness

I've been working out regularly for many years. Due to an injury, Greg was recommended to me. From the minute i met him, i knew i was in the best, most capable hands to recover. Greg knows the body and how to train you for optional peak performance and to reach your goals, Including excersices to rehabilitate. For me, i needed someone who watched my form and adjusted me so as not to exacerbate my injury. I also needed someone who really understood my goals, as well as stopping when something hurt rather than plow through. I truly am so blessed to have Greg in my toolbox of health and fitness trainers. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and hilarious. You'll have a great workout and the time will fly by.

I’ve trained with Greg for close to 5 years so I know him well. He is the most knowledgeable trainer I have ever come across. I started with him when I tore my labrum in my shoulder and my physical therapist told me I was lifting incorrectly and I should meet with a trainer. Greg got me to 100% and I have been with him ever since. We focus on strength, flexibility, and endurance and I always leave our sessions feeling like it was different than our last workout. His space is brand new, very clean, and has everything you need for a top notch workout. I’ve only known Justin for a few months but he seems great as well. If you’re thinking about trying them out, just do it. You won’t regret it!
