What a great studio! I’ve had the best time taking the Mama & Baby pilates classes with Sarah and Jess while on parental leave. They’ve fostered a calm, welcoming, and flexible space that has helped me gain back strength and confidence as a new mom. Plus they also make my little one smile each class!

Movement Room is structured for you to succeed. Whether you’re an athlete or taking your first fitness class, this studio has something for you. The instructors are very knowledgeable, and make sure to provide variations of exercises to meet you wherever your body is at that day. The small class size allows for a sense of community I’ve never felt before in a fitness studio. I’m so happy that I joined :)

I had a wonderful time at Movement Room! An awesome full body workout that was well balanced and well rounded. I left feeling accomplished, energized, and ready to take on the day. Sarah’s class was a perfect balance of muscle building, cardio, and flexibility and set in an intimate environment so you’re guaranteed to get attention and feedback from the instructor. The two classes I took felt more like personal training sessions than a traditional fitness class. Both classes provided a rush of endorphins that put me in a positive mindset that really redirected my outlook on the day ahead. I will absolutely be back!
