I have taken class here only once, but I work here part-time as an assistant and it has been such a good experience for me! Victoria Ellis teaches a great Pilates class that offers modifications for beginners or injuries, and was an amazing workout for me!!

I love Moving Strength! I'm a long time devotee of the studios and find the instructors knowledgeable and very respectful of one's ability or any physical limitation. They offer a nice mix of Pilates classes with a few other options as well. Patricia, the owner, is extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with and the studios are welcoming and clean.

Best Pilates Reformer studio in NYC! The instructors are top notch and classes are customized to the participants’ needs. I attend consistently and have grown measurably stronger over time, reducing lower/middle back pain by strengthening my core. Intimate/personalized environment: class is as easy or difficult as you choose to make it!
