Both of my sons (14 months and 2.5 years old) LOVE My Gym! They look forward to it every week! Every week there are new activities and the gym is set up differently but enough of a predictable routine which makes them thrive! The teachers make you feel so welcomed and after just one class they will know your child’s name. Ms. Sarah is exceptional and just loves all her students.

Love My Gym Babylon! I wasn’t sure what to my son in when he started to become more active. I tried MYGYM out and from the look on his face, this was our new place! The instructors were so patient and kind with him. They really have such a great program for all ages.

We’ve been going to MyGym Babylon for 8 months but feel like longer with how much my sons grown and developed through the classes. He gets so excited when he gets his monkey socks on and sees the teachers walk up. We’ve recently aged into the next class which has been great to keep him engaged and learning. We LOVE all our teachers but what I love the most is how much you can tell they all truly love the kids.
Ms. Katie, Jessica, Kristina, Sara, Rachel and Nora have all been such a big part of why we love going.

We recently had a joint birthday party here for our sons (3 + 5). Sarah and Jessica were amazing from start to finish. They communicated well, made the whole experience a blast for all the kids (who were full of energy) and made sure my little extras were included (music choices for the boys, cake toppers that I brought, reminding me to take a photo, etc.). I was so impressed and it was a relief not to have to plan everything myself. My sons felt so celebrated, and I am very grateful. I highly recommend MyGym for birthday parties.

The place is very nice, and the people are friendly, but canceling has been a nightmare. There’s a 28-day wait period from the time you request to disenroll, which is frustrating but manageable. However, they don’t allow cancellations via chat or text. Instead, you’re required to use an online portal that doesn’t even provide the option to cancel.

Why would a company make it so difficult to cancel? I haven’t been able to attend in person for the last two weeks, and the portal isn’t working, while the customer support via text is helpless. It’s beyond frustrating that they can access my account details and reset my password, but they can’t process a simple cancellation.

We absolutely love My Gym Babylon!! All of the teachers- Miss Sara, Dana, Jessica, Nora- all are absolutely wonderful! They are all so knowledgeable of a child’s development and social/emotional growth. As two special education teachers, having a supportive outlet like this to encourage our child to succeed is everything. The location is spotless, bright, and spacious! We had our son’s second birthday and it was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend becoming part of the My Gym “family”!

My Gym Babylon has been such an instrumental part of my son’s development. It’s been an opportunity for my son to play, explore, meet new friends, and develop his skills. He gets to participate in a variety of activities he wouldn’t have otherwise. Additionally, he gets extra time with his cousin- which is invaluable! We’ll be MyGym goers for many years to come!

MyGym Babylon has not only contributed to significant developmental gains for my two year old, but has introduced us to a wonderful community of new friends. We began bringing our son to MyGym at just under 10 months old. The structure of MyGym and rules, routines, and expectations set forth have really allowed our son to learn, feel safe, and have a BLAST!!!! He runs in every day excited to run, tumble, and see his loving teachers. We will be at MyGym Babylon for a long long time!!!

We love it here! We had a birthday party here and they were so accommodating and helpful. It was nice as a parent to actually be able to enjoy your kids party without having to worry about hosting and planning. Evan and his staff did it all! It turned out to be a great party.

My daughter attends weekly classes here and this past weekend we had her 3rd birthday party here. Absolutely everything was amazing! The staff was incredible, the games and activities were age appropriate and so much fun! Everything I asked for them to do they did, and more! We are so happy we chose My Gym! We love my gym!

We have been going to our local library where My Gym does a pop up a few times a month. My daughter loves the activities and Evan! It was a no brainer when my daughter’s birthday came around we planned the party in the West Babylon My Gym. It was the best thing we did! All the kids loved it! All the parents were impressed. Everything went perfect! Price point great and I recommend it if you want an easy planning and less pressure on you. They can handle all of the details for you.

We have had great experiences here. We are sure we will return. We love classes with Ms. Abbie. My child has learned so much from the parent child classes and loves free play. We've also enjoyed classes with Evan and Ms. Abbie together. The gym is really great! I recommend it to any parent of toddlers.

We have been going to MyGym since my oldest son was old enough to walk. My daughter has grown up at MyGym West Babylon. We loved Tommy, and his crew and never had a bad thing to say. (Notice the ONLY positive reviews about this place are about Tommy.) Unfortunately, I find the new franchise owner, Even Greenberg, embodies the problem of putting profits over people. I cannot emphasize enough how little I would trust this company with my credit card information.

When COVID hit Long Island, MyGym closed abruptly, as was expected. They remained fully closed until July, but they did not automatically freeze accounts as you would expect. When they reopened, they had limited access and online classes but DID NOT notify members that they would automatically begin billing again, unless you expressly told them to cancel. When I called to dispute the charges dating back to March, Mr. Greenberg was terse and rude, resorting to talking over me rather than listening to me. In his opinion, the fault was mine and not his - period.

When I offered the fact that the building was physically closed from March to July, therefore, nobody should've been charged, he replied that "I should have told him sooner." Why would it be MY responsibility to initiate communication regarding my bill? If your company is not going to freeze accounts automatically during a nationwide shutdown, it should be that company's responsibility to inform its clients. I have received ZERO emails and ZERO bills from MyGym. They are practicing deceptive billing practices. BEWARE.

Tom, the owner is a lovely person. However, the lady who runs the classes was really nice with everyone else except with me. She gave to every child a trick except to my child, that really hurts because he is only 2 years old. I felt that we were discriminated by our race. This happened couple times when the owner wasn’t around. I won’t go there anymore. I won’t recommend it, specially if you are not a white American person. Once again, the owner is wonderful, unfortunately he is not there all the time.

Fun place for toddlers to practice gross motor skills and tire themselves out a bit. Swings, slides, balance beams, and trampolines. They have open sessions and reserved classes, and you can book the whole place for a birthday party. Staff are very nice.

Tom and his girls are awesome. When my Twins were 2 we started attending classes. Great socialization for my girls and I had just moved here and was a great mommy social time too. I threw the girls their 4th birthday party here. Tom and his crew took care of everything. The kids all had a blast. It's clean and safe. The only bad thing I can say about My Gym is my Twins are now 10 and can't go anymore.
