We cannot say enough good things about the Mygym staff and facility! Ms. Annabelle, Ms. Alyssa, Ms. Kelly, Mr. John and the rest of the staff are energetic, upbeat, inclusive and always make my son feel included. The classes are fun, interactive and we look forward to them weekly. The communication from the staff during class (and with ad hoc questions) is prompt and friendly. We love this location and look forward to growing alongside our Mygym family!

Wouldn't recommend for kids on the spectrum. Staff is friendly but also expecting children to be able to complete tasks/exercises not fitting for the age group. Definitely not an all inclusive setting. Hopefully this changes in the future. May try out a different location.

My 3 yr old just started here last week. So far she LOVES it. The place is super clean and safe for the little ones. They change the layout every week so it's a new adventure for them. The format is the same so the kids know what's happening each time. We will definitely continue going.

I've been taking my daughter to My Gym for almost a year now, we absolutely loved it. She loves it. As an only child she doesnt always have a lot of social interaction and its been amazing to watch her interact with the other children and make friends! All of the teachers we've had the pleasure of getting to know are amazing! Mr. John, Ms. Alyssa, Ms. Annabelle, Ms. Elizabeth. Ms. Rachel and whoever I have missed. Its always great energy, enthusiasm and my girl always leaves happy (and tired!) The other families and kids are amazing. Even though we are about a 30 minute drive. We still go 2-4 times a week - I think that says it all (plus unlimited classes for the same price other gyms charge for just one at week -amazing)

Been going here for a couple of months now and I absolutely love it. The instructors are all so nice and they keep my toddler safe while learning new skills. Definitely recommend giving this place a try; they offer so many different classes for so many different age groups.

We just had our 2nd daughters 2nd birthday party. We were worried that the older kids would be bored but everything went well! My gym is still going strong! Thank you Ms. Rachael!

I never take word-of-mouth suggestions but always check just in case. From the moment I looked at the Google reviews/website I had a good feeling.

My Gym Stony Brook is clean, organized, spacious, and welcoming. The staff is beyond hard working, energetic, enthusiastic, kind, and efficient.

We go once a week and every class has had a different set-up which means infinite amounts of activities for our 2 year old.

The children in gymnastics learn routines, skills, songs, etc.

We just got back from her 2nd birthday and not one parent or child left there without a smile on their face while complimenting how awesome it was.

Shout to to Ms. Sam, Ms. Jaell, and Ms. Kayla (and Mr. Max & Mymo) for all they do.

Had my son’s birthday party there last week and it was incredible. We’ve been members for three years now and love it (bring back Miss Sam!!). The party was so fun and Mr. John specifically is soooo wonderful. He executed everything perfectly and it was a great party because of HIM! The instructors there are what make it a great place; management should do whatever they can to keep these people that make My Gym what it is!

The kids love the gym, but it's slowly losing everything that made it a magical, warm place. The new owner has zero interest in getting to know the kids and families that he is making all of his money off of. His primary interest is selling you things, including an expensive air purifier. I have two kids enrolled there and the previous owners and staff knew our family and were always warm and welcoming. You weren't just joining a gym, you joined a family. The new owner has no idea who my kids are and hasn't made an attempt to learn our names - he barely looks up and you're lucky to get a hello from him before he disappears into the back office. But he will be sure to send you ten text messages about how you can get balloons towers for a birthday party.

Oh man, I loved this place as a kid. I still have great memories of it. One time, my mom was late picking me up, and a worker and I just sat there talking about Tom and Jerry until she showed up. That was years ago, but even now, at 22, I still look back on that moment fondly. It’s the little things like that that make a place special.

Best decision we made! We have had our son enrolled since 4 months old. He is now 1 yr and I could confidently say that the fun, socialization and motivation he gets from watching and playing with the other kids is the reason behind him achieving milestones early and being so happy and social! A huge shout out to the amazing staff, especially Miss. Jenn who he is obsessed with. He is always so excited to walk in the doors and we’re excited to watch him grow here over time.

Truly a gem of a place. They are so wonderful with kids, and all personalities. We started with infant and toddler classes and have now tried them all! We truly love all the instructors, and my child constantly asks to go to Mygym. He runs in immediately with the biggest smile on his face. My son absolutely LOVED MyGym! It’s where he finally learned to see what his body can do in a safe place with incredible coaches, it’s even where he met his best friend! A big shout out to all the staff! Miss. Sam for always being so caring and especially for trying to speak Spanish to my son so he can understand her instructions. Miss. Jen for always being so encouraging and sweet. and Ms. Amanda with her awesome hair and amazing energy! But MyGym wouldn’t be MyGym for my son without Mr.John! He is his favorite! When my son doesn’t want to go to class I remind him we’re going to see Mr.John and he immediately gets excited to go. We’re taking a break for the summer but because we had such a great experience here, we will definitely be back for events and classes in the fall. We’re trying our first parents night out even after we cancel our membership (because how awesome is it that we can still sign up for events even if we aren’t members!) I recommend MyGym to anyone that asks me and I always encourage parents to look for one near them and enroll their kids!

My children have been in and out of My Gym since they were infants. When they were babies it was a nice break for me to take them out and interact with other parents, while also getting them socialization and movement.

Once they turned school aged, my two older ones have been doing Karate with coach Evan for the past 4 years, and they absolutely love it! Watching them improve each week and gain new belts during graduation ceremony is amazing. I enjoy that not only do they learn their moves, but they also have time to play in the gym, stretch, and play team building games. After being in a classroom all day, they are not just sitting and watching karate moves and people going one by one the whole time, they get to move and play throughout the class.

My daughter also does gymnastics class with Miss Sam and I can not say enough wonderful things about Sam and her class! She has learned so much and looks forward to gymnastics as much as karate each week. It’s nice to be able to have her in two activities in one place.

We have had several birthday parties at My Gym and every time is wonderful. You get a great team member leading the class that is tailored to your birthday person. You get the whole gym to yourself and the food they cater from is wonderful.

I highly Recommend checking out My Gym Stonybrook, especially if you are looking for a way to get your kids moving after school!

My 1 and my 6 year old are enrolled at My Gym. They absolutely loves the classes which have become the highlight of their week. I recommend this gym as one the best investments any parent can make for their child. It provides a child with the right combination of structure and freedom to explore as well as to build their confidence and discover their new found physical abilities and strength. It also provides great social interaction with other children and reinforces the concepts of taking turns and playing in groups with children of their own age group.

I was so excited when we moved from Queens to keep MyGym for my toddler. Joanna loved coming to class 1-2 times a week, always harnessing a new skill for her to use. The teachers, especially Miss Sam and Miss Kayla are absolutely amazing, you can tell how much they love teaching, and how much they love children. We are so sad to be leaving, but so thankful for everyone at my gym for the amazing memories, and friendships I made here. Especially if you are new to an area meeting friends with kids is especially hard, I found a life long “mom” friend at class, and thankful for how well our kiddos played together!

I spent the past 6 and a half years of my life at this establishment with both my daughter first and son after. My wife, my kids, will cherish the many memories and pictures we have shared at my gym. Every week was a new adventure and theme. Miss debbie and mr evan the owners were always so heartwarming with our children. Every week they had a new playlist of songs that were incorporated in the theme. My daughter started at 6 months and worked her way through pre school prep, which gave her the building blocks for pre k. My son went from 1 yr till about 3 weeks ago to which we stopped because we are moving to north Carolina.
Through the years miss debbie and mr evan have had amazing staff. through 6 years the staff have come and go but all had their own unique charm.
During the pandemic I never worried about my kid as they always sanitized and made sure everyone stayed safe. I am sure going to miss this place!!!!

Just had my sons birthday party here! Every single child had a blast and Evan went above and beyond. Every child felt special as he knew everyone’s name within 20 minutes. I don’t write reviews as often as I should, but after our experience here, I had to! We went to a birthday party at the My Gym in Stony Brook, and will definitely be returning for their classes too. Evan and Bethany were incredible. The facilities were very clean, thoughtful and safe. Evan remember every child’s name, gave them each personalized attention over the course of the party. Bethany was right next to my little guy every time he wanted to climb, slide, roll or run. The best part is how busy they kept the kids for the entirety of the party! I don’t want a give away all of their secrets, but every time we turned around they seemingly set up a completely new activity. I can’t speak highly enough of My Gym, Stony Brook and their warm and helpful staff. Happy Birthday, Angelo!!

This is my second experience here. Once 6 years ago and now 2 different classes. I honestly think it used to be better. My daughter is in the class my son was in and i saw more skill building back then. My daughter loves the class but mommy is not sold. Their prices went up and quality down. I also had a problem that im a single mom and they will not work with me with my other child. If one kid has a class the other can not go on the floor. This causes trauma for my kids because one cries the entire time the other is in their class. And after an hour of crying and watching it they did not care. So that makes me feel they care more about my money than the health of my kids or even the kids that come to them. So i will not be continuing after this month. Covid rules or not, the mental health of my children is way more important.

I can't believe that I would give any business a low rating given the current pandemic and general State of things, but I was shocked with my wife's recent interaction with this business. My son's birthday party was scheduled for March, and for obvious reasons that could not happen. Yesterday my gym called us and notified us that the options for the $100 deposit that we paid would be an online party for my son's birthday that was three months ago, or possibly a scaled-down party at some undetermined time in the future. They could not provide a date when that could happened for sure and to be honest I do not think our family or guests are ready for that even if allowed. They said there was absolutely no possibility of a refund because we hadn't asked for a refund within three months of making the deposit. They made no exception for the fact that there was a global pandemic happening, that the business was completely closed by the state, that no business was lost as a result of us because we did not cancel, but they said that this was their policy. They did offer to allow us to use the $100 towards classes but unfortunately we live 45 minutes away and it's not really something that we're interested in doing. In the end we told my gym to simply keep the $100 but it was just shocking that given the status of the world and the reason for not having to be able to provide the party that they would not simply offer a refund. We did not change plans or cancel and they did not provide any services for us or lose any business. They are simply saying that since we dis not get in touch with a business to cancel an event that is still prohibited by the state we are not entitled to a refund. We've had nice times there in the past but this decision just seems so off base that we don't 4C going there again for recommending them.

Highly recommend! Staff is great and environment is stimulating. Lots of classes throughout the week to go to. And classes are a full hour. I couldn't keep going (my baby's nap time kept interfering), and the staff honored our contract - no problem. Also, VERY clean!

We did a free evaluation class to see how it was. Our daughter's face lit up as soon as we went into the gym. She definitely had a lot of fun. The gym has a Rockwall, balance beam, uneven bar, tunnels, trampoline, Zipline. We were told they switch the gym around every week so it keeps the kids interested and keeps them stimulated. Instructors are very nice and interacted well with all the kids.

It's $120 every 4 weeks, with a 12 week minimum sign up. There's no cancellation fee. Needless to say, we signed our daughter up.

Just a heads up, when going to the place, just know it is around Ralph's ice cream. My wife's maps said it was behind Duane Reades which it obviously wasn't.
