Our son Noah LOVES going to MyGym every week. He loves playing in the ball pit, trampolines, swings, etc…, and they’re great at mixing up all the activities. They also do a great job at making sure the kids are constantly entertained when they gather around in the middle. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We had such a wonderful experience at My Gym Nanuet. My son is 3 and participated in Terrific Tots this summer with Coach Gigi and Coach Lara - they made a great team and my son adored them! He loved coming week after week! They are welcoming, friendly, accommodating and engaging. They seemed to go above and beyond to make my son feel confident and special. Plus the space is immaculate! And I loved how they switched up the skills, the equipment and the songs week to week but the core structure stayed the same so there were great opportunities for learning through that consistency. I would highly recommend My Gym!

My 3 and 6 year old had a blast at the summer camp. Loved that they could go together, the flexibility of picking individual days that work, the multi-buy discount.

Child also enjoyed the class when they did it, but more so the free play you get with it at other times.

We recently had a birthday party at the gym in Nanuet and it was an amazing experience! Chris and his staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were professional, friendly, and made the day stress-free for us. The kids had a blast, and the parents were just as impressed. Words honestly can’t express how much my family loves going to my gym. The staff is so kind and really engaging. We attend every week but the reason for this review is we just had a birthday party there and let me tell you..it was FABULOUS! They really know what they’re doing there. I was nervous having a party there with kids ages ranging 1-7 but they really made it fun for everyone. Also.. so AFFORDABLE! My child left feeling like a star and left smiling from ear to ear! If you are thinking of attending classes or having a birthday party I highly recommend!!!

We just had the very best birthday party ever. I have 3 children *have had many birthday parties* - this was my baby's 1st party and it went off without a hitch. I am so happy. Lara and Gigi took care of everything amd communicated with us every step of the way! The kids had a mix of guided activities and free play. As a teacher myself, I found everything to be super age appropriate. Even my husband appreciated how the party hosts were able to have such a varied range (ages 1 - 13) of kids and even adults engaged for so long. The pizza place next door - yummy! Oh and the bathroom - I personally did not get to go, but both my friend and my daughter told me that was the cleanest bathroom from a business they have ever seen. We will definitely be coming back. My twin boys have been going to my gym since they opened, and we could not be more happy with our experience. Coach Chris is absolutely amazing. My boys love going each week so much that we decided to have their 4th birthday there as well. Everything was absolutely perfect. They did everything for us from set up to clean up. We had our daughter’s 3rd birthday party here and it was an absolute blast! 🎉 Yari and Gracie were incredible — so kind, energetic, and on top of everything. They had a ton of fun activities and free play options for the kids, and made Isabella feel so special, even playing her favorite songs!

The whole planning process was completely stress-free. Coach Chris made it seamless and had great communication with any questions I had! They helped us set up, cleaned up afterward, cut and served the cake, and even kept the party flowing by guiding our guests through each part. Every parent kept saying how perfect the space was fun, safe, and the best part… it was all ours! No sharing the space with other parties or people.

If you’ve been on the fence about booking your party here do it! They went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. We truly had the best time and will be talking about it for a long time!

MyGym is a fantastic environment for children’s fitness and development. The facility is clean, colorful, and thoughtfully designed to keep kids engaged while promoting physical activity in a safe and structured way.

Coach chris and his staff are incredibly friendly, energetic, and patient. They create a welcoming atmosphere and do an excellent job encouraging children to participate and try new things. They tailor the activities to suit different age groups, focusing on motor skills, coordination, and social interaction. So much so that my 2 kids are obsessed and talk about going everyday! They absolutely LOVE mygym and seeing coach Chris and the rest of the staff!

The class structure is well-balanced, mixing free play with organized games, songs, and basic gymnastics. It’s also a great place for parents to interact and for kids to build confidence in a group setting.

Another major plus is their birthday party packages—well-organized, stress-free, and tons of fun for the kids! I just had my kids birthday party here and it was a blast! All the guests loved it. Even the parents were raving on how cute and fun the party was. They really make it fun, easy and stress free for the parents. They are also very flexible and accommodating with being able to bring outside food. They answer any questions you may have and are very organized and have great communication so you'll feel at ease.

I can not speaking highly enough of the activities and people who work at My Gym. Coach Chris and his staff are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, fun and patient. They know all the children by name and make a point of individually interacting with each one. They gently encourage those who need it and motivate those who are more advanced. The activities are age appropriate, challenging and fun. Having sampled other gyms, by far this is the best gymnastic facility for children in Rockland.

We’ve been a member for a few weeks now and really enjoy taking our 18 month old to class each week! It’s a great way for kids to socialize, express themselves, practice new skills, and most importantly have some fun. The coaches have also been amazing with engaging each child in the class. It’s been a year since my wife and I have been bringing our son here and within that year he has blossomed. I devote much of his newfound athleticism, agility, strength, and listening skills to My Gym and it’s wonderful staff. Every time we open the front door, he is greeted warmly by name with big smiles. I love how every gym experience has new activities for the children to attempt and how each class follows a structure for the kids to follow. This has been and will be a very important part of my son’s life and something he will always remember enjoying as a toddler.

If you’re looking for the perfect place for your little nuggets to use up all their energy this is the spot. Today I took my two year old for his first class and he loved it... I would like to add I am writing this review because he is currently knocked out from having so much fun #momwin .... this is actually our second visit to mygym Nanuet because we attended a birthday party about a month ago which was equally phenomenal at making my child sleep. Today we arrived and checked in and I released my little human into the happiness that is safe playtime. Parents also come in and help the minis do circle time... which mine refused... and also help them play each game or activity. They have music playing that of course is perfect for the kids and employees that clearly LOVE children. All of the climbing activities have cushions surrounding them so if by chance your monster tumbles they never get hurt. I have a super active boy soooo I am extra appreciative of that. Liz was beyond helpful at getting us all set up when we arrived and also helps to make you feel like a part of the family. She introduces all the children and remembers their names which is quite impressive because I can hardly remember which name belongs to my own children. To make a really long, mom brain story short bring the tiny people in your life to Mygym in Nanuet. They will love it and maybe you will get to drink a cup or coffee while it’s hot for once while they nap after.
