Nama Let It Go Aerial Arts and Yoga Studio was founded in 2020, owned and operated by Allison Cacciotti. The NLIG studio is located in the heart of New Hartford, New York inside Consumer Square.
When you walk through the doors of our 1,175 square foot studio, you will be met not only with modern wellness and amenities, but immersed into a one-of-a-kind experience. Our classes are tailored specifically around class size allowing each student abundant care with one-on-one instruction and guidance. The main room comfortably accommodates the custom built aerial rig for twelve aerial silks as well as twenty-six yoga mats. This not only ensures each student’s security and safety, but keeps you in the present to focus solely on your practice.

i thought i was going to have a nice relaxing experience but it wasn’t. I was very uncomfortable a lot of the people in there were very judgy.

Did the low flow aerial yoga and what an amazing experience, will definitely be doing it again!! Alison is an absolutely incredible instructor, so nice, understanding, and gentle. Pricing was fair, honestly better than what I was expecting to pay and worth every penny. I hope everyone can get to experience this!!

The bungee class is so much fun that you don't even realize the incredible workout you're getting (you'll definitely feel it the next few days though!) I can't wait to try more classes!

I cannot rave about this place enough. Allison was the sweetest to Interact with. We attended a bungee yoga class and had so much fun while sweating at the same time. We bombarded her with questions upon arrival and she was so patient and answered all of them enthusiastically. She even became our personal photographer at the end of class as well. You can tell she is passionate about her business and what she does there. I do plan on returning and bringing more friends with me.

I’ve enjoyed several mat yoga classes with Allison. Her flow feels natural, her voice is motivating and soothing. For me, it feels entirely like meditating, but it’s accidentally a workout… and a great one. Highly recommend!
