The only part of my wedding that made me nervous was the first dance. I really didn’t want to do the “back and forth sway” for three minutes and we picked and unconventional, more upbeat song for our dance. Brittany eliminated that nervousness with THREE lessons. She helped us create a custom dance and made sure we felt comfortable with each step. I haven’t had any formal dance training, but Brittany made it feel easy. Easily the best time and money investment of our entire wedding planning process. Definitely go to Neighborhood School of Dance if you want a memorable and comfortable first dance for your wedding.

This studio is a godsend for me. I joined after having some mental health issues. Everyone was very kind and so supportive despite me joining with only three month left to the season. Ms, Piph got me right in with the group and i learned quickly with her help. I'm on my second season of acro and hiphop. And despite not ebbing able to afford ballet, the teacher has allowed me to follow along and learn with everyone else. As a trans boy, I love this studio and how respectful they are. I have been nothing but shown kindness by the staff and most students here. I would recommend this place to anyone who asked.

We had the BEST first year of dance EVER. Addie being able to join something in the middle of the pandemic when she needed it most was a Godsend for us. Miss Brittany did a WONDERFUL job as well as all of the staff to make sure our dancers were safe and happy! Our recital was wonderful, well thought out and the firework show was fantastic. We appreciate your passion and can't wait to see you again next season.

My little dude was suppose to start ice skating this year. Due to Covid that wasn't possible. To keep him busy I signed him up for the hip-hop class in the middle of the season. Brittany and Shelley were AMAZING! They were patient with my 4 year old and completely eased my mind about any concerns. He enjoyed it and the recital they put on this year was great! I hope he wants to do it again next year 🤞🏻

My daughter has been dancing with Neighborhood School of Dance since she was 1 1/2. Tap is by far her favorite and with her favorite teacher Ms. Shelley.
All the time and preparation it took for the staff of NSOD to have a recital with all the guidelines that had to be followed is unbelievable. Thank you NSOD. Can’t wait until September!

Both my girls have been enrolled since they were old enough. The teachers and administration work hard to accommodate everyone. Brittany, the owner, is always open to listening to suggestions and even complaints. It's a great opportunity to have in our community.
