So happy I made the choice to try NHP Fitness about a year ago. I feel like I turned the clock back physically--in terms of posture, balance, and overall strength (in my late 50s). My clothes fit and look much better. I've been to other fitness trainers through the years, but honestly Coach Mike at NHP Fitness is the best. Happy to support a local business. One of the best aspects..no contract!

If you want to lose weight, gain muscle, and want results - then I highly recommend the New Hyde Park 1 on 1 personal training. Mike is a really good personal trainer. I am a person who does not like to exercise or do sports, I did not know anything about working out .Now I can squat, deadlift, and do push-ups...Coach Mike will push you to challenge yourself; I did it.
Not only did I develop motivation, but I also lost weight successfully. I am very grateful to Mike for bringing me such a good exercise experience. If you have body anxiety or want to challenge yourself, find Mike, you deserve it...

Mike is a fantastic trainer! I cannot emphasize that enough. I initially came in because I run in marathons and wanted to increase my endurance. However, overtime I have not only increased my endurance but also my strength. I never knew how important it was to strength train until I met Mike . I am so happy with my results! I highly recommend him as a personal trainer.
Also, what I love about his style is that you really feel the one on one. I have experience with other trainers, and I always felt halfway through it was like them rushing me to finish. I also felt that most other trainers lose interest in their clients at some point. But not with Mike! Since day one I have felt till now this man pushes me to be the best version of myself !
