Started going here with a friend about a month ago. The staff are helpful and patient with any and all questions we had asked them before and after signing up. Many of the seasoned members of this gym have given us advice and helped us learn how to use machines we were initially confused about. The policy for cleaning the equipment is that you wipe it down yourself when you finish using it, there are multiple cleaning stations throughout the premises that are easy to locate and use. So far my experience here has been great and I've really enjoyed my membership.

Laughable joke of a business, the employees managed to ignore the cancellation of my membership and have instead continued to charge me for OVER A YEAR of not using this membership after cancelling. Go anywhere else. The gym itself is nothing amazing, very crowded and the equipment was nothing to write home about. I have had infinitely better experiences at other gyms since leaving, but somehow I am still paying for this gym I cancelled over a year ago.

Pretty expensive for a small, overly crowded gym with frankly disgusting amenities. Everything’s damp, treadmills don’t work. Most of the employees are cool except one older broad who has an attitude problem. Oh and all manner of thuggery is at foot here, the management will do nothing if you get threatened or assaulted in their establishment.

Corrupt business practices, make sure you have written proof of cancelation or they keep charging and claim you never canceled. Stated they do not have email to send proof, what business in the current day cant send an email.

Best gym with extremely friendly staff. Everyone makes you feel right at home, I’ve never had a gym experience that was so wholesome. I got here 5 out of 7 days and love it! Everything you need is there, all the space, and they even have personal trainers!

If you want a real gym to train, this is the place. The vibe is about the iron, not selfies. As a powelifter for over 15 years, im very impressed. I just wish I found it sooner.

I am an active member, i keep a low profile and dont go after trouble. The common issue I’m frequently dealing with includes racial profiling, from a particular individual.
For the most part, staff seemed pretty friendly. Their approach is to scan every checked-in member, Not based on general characteristics or because of their race.
I would not recommend trying this gym It's my least favorite!

I am hopeful that my experience will lead to greater sensitivity to issues of racial profiling in the fitness industry.

The woman who works behind the counter with the HUGE blowfish lips has a horrible attitude.The equipment is good for the most part, but having to endure her is just too much. I also noticed that the temperature control is terrible. Apparently they're too stupid to realize that working out in the cold is a really good way to get sick. The gym is open in The Catskill Mountains in the middle of winter, and entire sections seem unheated. The clock in the functional fitness room has also been broken for about a year, and the Bob Torso Training Bag never has enough water in it so it is pretty much useless.

Fantastic gym. All the equipment you need for a great workout. Very clean and good locker rooms. I have been coming for almost two years and have never felt out of place. The staff is very nice and you look forward to seeing them! I appreciate that everyone there is just looking to be better, so you can workout without pressure. I have never attended their classes but it looks like there is a large selection. They also have a large wall of personal trainers available so its a great resource if you are just starting out. If you live in Sullivan County this should be your gym!

The best place, offering a cozy ambience without sacrificing any necessary equipment. Treadmills, stair-steppers, ellipticals, dumbbells up to 100+ lbs, (3) squat racks, hack squat, Smith machine, flat incline and decline bench, military press, leg curls, leg extensions, leg press, calve raises, donkey calve raises, decline machine, flat machine, shoulder press machine, dip station, and many more selectorized machines. Did I mention dual tower JUNGLE GYM CABLES?! ..with all the attachments you need. There's a also a studio room with a Zumba/Rumba schedule.

Fitness Factory is a well kept and efficient gym in Monticello, NY. It has it all from free weights, cables, machines, and cardio equipment all the way to their multifunction fitness room which gives you ropes, heavy bags, and all types of other neat exercises. The Facility is big and has enough space to fit everyone comfortably. Their locker room is well kept, showers are clean, and sauna makes it all worthwhile. The Staff are professional and friendly. The price is fair at $33 a month for a year contract and many other memberships to choose from. Compared to the nearby gyms this is where you'll get most "bang for your buck".
