I have been working with Noah for 5 plus years on a semi regular basis. He is very good at taking feedback and tailoring a workout to your specific interests and needs. For example, I like workouts that incorporate sports related motions as somebody who grew up playing sports. Noah has done a great job of building high intensity workouts similar to those that I enjoyed in my youth. Would recommend.
