I've been going to this gym for about 3 years now, I have no complaints. The staff is friendly, the gym isn't super crowded or pretentious, no one is trying to lock you into outrageous fees. There's a pool, steam room, and sauna, and has all the amenities I need. I train with the manager, Chris, for kickboxing and it has definitely been a life changing experience for me and Chris is awesome. The gym just right for me.

Been going here for about 8 months gotta tell you that this place is perfect for me. I like to use the steam and sauna on a regular basis and the times I come it’s typically all to my self I appreciate the efforts of the team to keep the place so clean. And the staff is very nice and respectful.

Omni Fitness truly is “Nassau’s Hidden Gem” This place is such a rare find. The gym is never overly crowded, so there’s always equipment available. Everything is clean and well taken care of, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming.

It doesn’t feel intimidating like many big commercial gyms do. The atmosphere is supportive, relaxed, and perfect for those who are just starting out or just don’t like crowds. They’re also constantly making improvements to give us members the best experience possible. Hands down the best gym on Long Island!

Well let me start off by saying this is one of the best gym I’ve ever been to. They have the perfect amount of equipments, sauna and a steam room!!
Best part about Omni is you never wait 10 min to use a machine. And don’t get me started with the staff!! I’ve taken a few classes Jenna and she a great PT, I’ve also taken boxing classes with Chris and he was such an amazing instructor!! If I could rate this gym 100 stars I would!!

I have been coming to Omni Fitness for many years ! It’s a gem in hiding amongst all the big corporate gyms out there ! It’s in the big Omni Building and some might not even know it’s there ! Look on line and go visit. It’s a great gym with a good atmosphere! Young and old ! And if there are any problems the staff are all approachable and will try to fix it! I have also made life long friends going to this gym. Small but big ! Chris and Jenna are always there to say hello and help any way they can ! 🤗

I had a very disappointing experience at Omni Gym. On August 8, 2025,(10:30AM) the front desk staff member was extremely rude he hung up on me mid-conversation and didn’t even give me the chance to finish speaking. This kind of customer service is unacceptable.

Additionally, be aware that canceling your membership is unnecessarily complicated. They require a 30-day notice, eventhough i canceled my membership still got charge for the month.you cannot cancel over the phone or online you are forced to go in person, which is very inconvenient.

The gym itself is outdated and in serious need of upgrades. Many of the machines are old and not well-maintained.

I would not recommend this gym to others. There are far better options with better equipment and far more respectful staff.

This gym is nice and mellow in atmosphere. It’s been here a while and it has enough equipment in it to get a good workout. Most people use the cleaning wipes to clean the machines when they’re done with them. The gym has two levels top level has free weights and machines plus aerobics machines in the mid level by the pool. There’s a pool that’s heated. It’s a four footer. And the lower level is an expanded area for CrossFit, fitness classes in the big training area behind glass and there’s an expanded powerlifting area. It’s a great place.

UPDATE: Although they weren't able to address my concerns immediately, the issue was resolved within a few days. Grateful that it's no longer a problem.

Poor customer service – as with others, I found that when a problem arises, the front desk staff are not empowered to address customer concerns and manager Chris is unwilling to take action, resorting to his Pat response "I'm not sure where this conversation is going."

Basic gym equipment and mostly clean, so it's OK until you have any type of concern.

Went to check this place out with my brother and the front desk young man was more than happy to show us around and tell us all the perks of the gym. He was very helpful and offered us the guest pass before committing. Which he didn’t have to do but we definitely appreciated the gesture, as many gyms would just want you to sign up. We ended up using the guest pass and I rly enjoyed this gym so much so I ultimately signed up as a member. Having disinfectant wipes available to wipe down the equipment is rly important to me. This gym has disinfectant wipe dispensers easily accessible throughout the entire gym. It’s so clean and the weights aren’t all over the place. These factors and the great staff had me sold!

Massive shout out to CJ who was very attentive to my needs. I came from the UK and needed something temporarily for 2 weeks. Most gyms say minimum 1 month, plus joining fee. Recently joined this new fitness center, and overall, our experience has been positive. The indoor pool and saunas are fantastic, providing a refreshing and relaxing atmosphere. One of the standout features is that the facility is never crowded as it is in a basement of a commercial bldg.
The lockers are clean and spacious.

However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The center's hours, particularly on weekends, are a bit short, which might be inconvenient for those with busy schedules. Additionally, we noticed that the showers could use some attention, as they appear to have mold issues.

In the men's room, the hot sauna requires upgrading; the wood is coming apart, and there are screws sticking out, posing a potential safety hazard. It would be great if the management could address this concern promptly.

Another aspect worth mentioning is the restriction on open swim for young kids. It would be more family-friendly if there were designated times for families to enjoy the pool together.

Despite these areas for improvement, we have generally enjoyed our time at the fitness center and believe it has great potential. With a few adjustments to the hours and addressing the maintenance issues, this facility could easily reach a 5-star rating.

Good gym empty most of the time but the pool is basically unusable sometimes cause its only one lane cause the safety swim takes up 3 Whole lanes which seems unfair cause I'm paying my membership to be able to use the pool and I can only use one lane , they tell you to share a lane but I can't swim right like that so If more then one person wants to swim I cant cause it's only one lane , it just seems unfair the pool is only one lane, like it should at the very least be 2 lanes . Also the hours could be better . Also they closed the bottom room and never opened it up again now it's for personal trainers only which I also think is unfair cause when I first paid for my membership I was told I could use that botton room then , out of nowhere they take it away . Apart from all that I think it's a decent gym but could be better with some simple adjustments.

You will not find a quieter gym with more friendly staff. The gym is well equipped with bench racks, a cage, a squat rack, a smith machine, bumper plates (deadlift friendly!), Cable columns and leg presses, but it also has a slew of cardio equipment, and indoor pool, a functional training room AND it has a heated indoor pool. Signing up or cancelling isn't like pulling teeth like it is at other gyms, the staff never tries to rip you off. Very smart and experienced trainers are here too!

The Omni Fitness center has changed my fitness life! It is not only convenient since I work in the building, but the staff are wonderful and so welcoming, I look forward to heading in after a long day of work! The atmosphere is energetic with the sounds of personal trainers motivating others, and great music. The place has many tv's strategically placed, a decent amount of machines and free weights along with an open floor design on the lower level to use at your leisure. I'm so happy to be a member and continue on my fitness journey with Omni!

Love this place a lot. I used to be a regular member as my work is in the same building. I have not been to a more modern and attentive gym facility in recent times. The classes and instructors are fantastic.

There are also personal 1:1 sessions you can take and they give personalized nutrition/ diet charts as well. I definitely recommend and hold Omni at the highest point in Total Body Fitness centers!

I really enjoy coming to Omni Fitness Center. The gym is clean and spacious and the staff is wonderful. The best part by far is the group fitness classes throughout the week. Ken is extremely knowledgeable and by far one of the best trainers I've ever worked with. Love this gym!

The gym trainers and attendants are all excellent. The gym itself is clean with modern equipment. For weight lifters, there is a great weight area with two squat racks. There are unique classes that are unique and fun. My favorite part is their towel service: laundered towels every morning, so I don't have to use my car as a drying rack after gym :)

Been going to this gym for a year after NYSC and a great gym. Small, friendly, no intimidation atmosphere to train and grow. Dedicated group of individuals to bounce ideas off of and a super friendly staff and trainers focused on your personal growth. If you're serious about training at its root this gym is a great place to do that. A+ for Omni Fitness.

The Omni Fitness Center is an incredible facility with all the machines and equipment I need to get in my weekly workouts. I never have to wait to use a treadmill. The staff are the friendliest I've ever encountered in a gym. It's clean and the locker rooms are glorious - the sauna and steam rooms are the ultimate post-workout reward! Being able to park my car in the free parking lot is another great perk. One less thing to think about so I can focus on my workout. I am so happy I joined!
