I had an 11am class that was canceled at 11am as I was outside knocking on the door. Someone was inside as I heard movement and a dog barking. I tried calling, and my call was being sent to voicemail. I am local in the community, and wanted to support local. This is a poor way to run a business, and I will not be returning.

The fitness classes lead by Denise are also amazing! Denise looks out for her students, challenges them, but adjusts routines based on their fitness goals.

So glad I discovered this place! It's a small fitness studio with great instructors who are able to provide personal attention to everyone in the class. I have been going here for months now and I love the variety in their fitness and yoga classes. Definitely recommend!

One of the best Yoga studios around. It’s comfortable, convenient, and they’ve got the nicest instructors!

It’s also so helpful that it’s right in front of the train station to NYC and that they have a shower, fresh towels, and so much more.
