I love my gym. Such a boutique spot and this was my view of the sun rise as I worked out on the Peloton treadmill this morning. Great workout with amazing views! Love it.

This is a great facility worth every dime. The personal trainings sessions here have changed my life. I have very weak ankles due to previous injuries. I was able to strengthen these areas while also meeting my fitness goals. Thank you One2one staff I feel healthier than ever.

I have been going here for several months. This gym is amazing with a great view. There is a wide range of fitness equipment despite being a smaller gym.The staff and the owner are super friendly. I especially love the peloton’s and how clean the place is always kept.

My husband and I love One to One Gym! They have all the right equipment and the location overlooking the Harbor is gorgeous. Our coach Ashley is amazing, very knowledgeable, attentive and motivating! We look forward to our sessions with her every week! We can’t recommend the gym and Ashley highly enough!

I enjoy working out at this facility. It is clean and well equipped. I especially like taking classes with Ashley. She brings her high energy and abundance of knowledge to every class! She is always motivating and challenging her clients throughout class. She is also very attentive and mindful in providing modifications when needed. I always look forward to my workouts with coach Ashley!

I'm pretty focused where fitness is concerned, I want my time to be well spent and effective. I love coming here because the facility is dedicated to personal training - I'm never waiting on equipment to be freed up, repaired or cleaned: its always ready and the people in here are like-minded - putting in work for results.
Ashley is a phenomenal trainer, she keeps the workouts varied and interesting while checking in on existing injuries and with a flawless track record on preventing new ones. She combines strength and functional training and ensures ample and creative stretching and flexibility work that is more tailored to my needs than any other trainer I've worked with. Highly recommend!

One 2 One is great. My favorite gym I’ve been a member of by far. It’s small and private so there’s a lot more individual attention should you need help or have questions. My personal trainer is Joey, and he is awesome! Our sessions are always fun and motivating. He’s extremely knowledgeable about nutrition as well, so not only am I reaching my fitness goals, I’m also able to maintain them. I would highly recommend One 2 One (and Joey!) to anyone looking to start or continue their fitness journey.

I have been working with Nate for the past several months. He is an absolutely amazing trainer! He has been such an asset in helping me get back into shape following my third (!) baby. He truly understands how the body works and was able to cater my workouts to target all my trouble zones. He takes his job very seriously and treats each client with the utmost respect and focus. He gave me such an education on not only exercise but on how diet is a crucial part of health. I learned so much and saw great results. I cannot recommend him enough!!

This is a really great place, focused entirely on personal training. They have a great space and all the right equipment.
But by far the best thing about this place is the trainers. Nate is truly amazing. He is incredibly inspirational and motivates me to give my all in every session, even at the crack of dawn! He is a true lifelong student of fitness, conditioning, training and how the body holistically works. He is always advancing his skills and knowledge of the field, and particularly researches techniques, exercises, and training philosophies that are customized for me as an avid tennis player. I've been playing for 20 years, but my game took a marked improvement since I began working with Nate. I am 100% sure that Nate will be famous some day. No joke. I feel so lucky to have him as my trainer.

I always enjoy coming to work out at One2one. The experience is great and I’m always excited to go. Nate is very energetic and fun to work out with. He has also been very accommodating with my schedule. Not only has he helped me with my workouts but also with my nutrition. Whenever I have a question is, Nate is eager to educate me and help. He was very intuitive and helpful with some specific dietary issues I was having that made a huge difference for me working out. I would definitely recommend One2one.

I have worked out at One2One Bodyscapes for many years and I love the gym, the trainers, and the very personal attention I have always received there. Lori Herbsman is an excellent senior trainer who is very knowledgable about fitness and nutrition and coming to her every Tuesday morning helps me stay focused for the week. I highly recommend this gym and Lori.

Where do I even start? Nate has been a major blessing in my life ever since I met him. I've always had a weight issue ever since I was born and almost everyone in my family has Diabetes. Nate took me on as one of his clients when I was depressed, broke, and around 280lbs. At first, I was afraid to ask him for fitness/nutrition help because I struggle with social anxiety and I was afraid to open up to him about why I gained so much weight. I was super embarrassed about the way that I looked so I avoided taking pictures and going out. After my consultation, I've never felt so comfortable in my life! Nate shared with me his personal story about his weight gain and depression and from then I knew that I could get out of what I was going through. He taught me how to use a food tracking app, how much calories to intake daily in order to lose weight, how intermittent fasting can help me with my weight loss goals, etc. I loved working out with him because he would even give me random motivational speeches throughout our sessions. This helped me so much! I became a completely new person after training with Nate! I lost over 100lbs, booked a Nike Commercial, "She's Gotta Have It" Netflix Series as an extra, and an upcoming magazine feature. These are some of the things I've always wanted to do but I never had the confidence to think that I could actually do it. Watching Nate transform on Youtube and in person is what really gave me the extra push of motivation to go out and follow my dreams as well. He is the most caring person ever. I used to have so much anxiety going to the gym and now it's going away because I know what I'm doing and I love how I look. If you want to change your life and become the person you've always dreamt of being, book a session with him. You won't regret it!!

Why can I only give this place and Nate Ortiz Five (5) Stars? I cannot say enough, cannot give enough accolades on this gym; its location alone - 5 stars. Then add to it, my Trainer Nate - another 5 stars.
There is something about the view, the serenity of the water, the knowledge that Nate only has your best interest in mind - it all adds up to a winning combination.
To repeat myself - we need to add more stars to the rating as one2one most definitely deserves all the stars there is.
Highly recommend and above all else - I'm seeing results

This personal training gym is great for anyone who’s looking for a trainer who really focuses on you and your fitness goals. It’s in a great location with a view you’ll never get tired of looking at (seriously, come see it for yourself). They also have great pricing & package deals.
The facility is always clean with amazing trainers. I also enjoy taking their circuit classes on Wednesday & sundays!
