Visiting Rochester for a night after hours of driving, we are happy we found this studio. We were able to join a class that made us feel so much better. The teacher and other participants were extremely welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

So happy to been introduced to this place by a friend! I enjoy practicing Iyengar yoga which is taught here . He has trained with BKS Iyengar in Pune, India and leads retreats and trainings all over the world, certifying instructors from San Francisco to Iceland. Truly the highest quality faculty, education and practice you could get in the area.
