Joining Orangetheory East Meadow has been one of the best decisions Iβve made for my fitness journey. The studio is always clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the energy during every class is electric. You truly feel like you're part of a supportive community that wants to see you succeed.
But what really sets this location apart is Coach Laura. She is absolutely phenomenal β knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely passionate about what she does. Laura has an incredible way of pushing you to your limits while still making you feel empowered and confident. She cues exercises with clarity, offers personalized modifications when needed, and somehow manages to make even the toughest workouts fun. Her energy is contagious and her encouragement stays with you long after class is over.

I have been a loyal OTC East meadow member on and off for about 3 years. Today there was a Memorial Day parade held so I was unable to get to the studio and did not have reception to cancel the class. The manager Brianna Ventola was extremely rude and assured me it was 20 min after the class had started and I should have called before therefore I cannot be excused and will loose the class. I have had issues before with making it to class and every other staff at this location was able to excuse me and gave me either the fee or class back. As a manager Briana stood her ground and was not willing to help me instead told me others were able to call and cancel because of the parade so I should have been to as well. I will be canceling my membership which I also told Briana and she happily sent me the form to cancel. I would not recommend this studio.

Every workout is different so I never get bored. It is the perfect combination of cardio HIIT and weight training. Just 1 hour of my day to get pumped up for the entire day and night. Each Coach brings a different style and personality which also makes going to OTF awesome. And the manager, asst manager and the SA's are all very warm and inviting. I love East Meadow OTF.

Was never really a cardio guy but our volunteer FD set us up with a class here and I have to say I was impressed with the end result. Left with jelly legs but feeling really good. Very interesting and different approach then being at a standard run of the mill gym. If you're looking to build your cardio and burn some serious calories I would highly recommend checking it out. Coach Laura really knew how to get you motivated. Would definitely consider going again.

I enjoyed a complimentary trial class in East Meadow. Salesperson was professional and gave me a lot of information and details of the workout and how the fees work. The instructor was good, went a little fast for me but maybe it was also because it's my first time!
I will go back for another class and decide which package to take. I think you should take a trial class and decide for yourself if you want more.

I joined Orange Theory in November 2021 and it was one of the best decisions I have made. The coaches and staff are wonderful and kind. It is such a positive place and I love it there. The workouts are excellent and fun and there are adaptions for us older folk :) I highly recommend joining Orange Theory.

I have been a Member for two Years!! I have worked out in Gyms but never have I accomplished as much as I Have here at Orange Theory!! The Coaches are phenomenal!! Each workout gets better, I am able to push myself even with injuries and get the result I have been looking for!! One Hour truly canβt believe how much you can do until you have taken a class! You get beat, whipped and flipped. You want results, you gonna get it here. Everyone is going through their own challenges so you have that sense of we all in this together. It's intense and you can pace yourself to your level of comfort but the whole point is the push. My first day, I actually didn't get to finish all my rounds. Mid way through my legs were already dangling and numb.. they may have just fallen off I wouldnt have been able to tell the difference. Even after all that, I'm so ready for my next visit! I must love the pain.

I have been training over a year with my brother. Each workout brings something new to the floor!! The coaches are the reason it works, motivational knowledgeable friendly courteous most importantly outgoing and their ability to with different age groups impresses us most! Since I have quite a few injuries the fact they always have a different exercise is really important to me!!! It lets me workout and not miss a beat! In the last year I have been feeling rejuvenated since I started working out!!! Our reason for going to OTF is because of our cardiologist, she spoke very highly of it! We were at a point where we were trying to lose weight and needed another outlet this was perfect, thank you for the continued support and encouragement! Took my first glass with Ryan ... He definitely brought the energy and the time to help me one on one to make sure I felt comfortable was so appreciated.

Like a lot of people I had been paying for a gym that I haven't gone to for a few years. After a vacation and seeing myself in pictures. I decided to take that step and go forward and use my membership as I initially intended. Of course my first class I attend was during "hell week"π³. I explained to my instructor that I haven't exercised in years. He was so encouraging and helpful in class I really appreciated it! I completed the class...toughed it out and felt wonderful for doing so afterwards. I was encouraged and made to feel like I could do it. I have now completed 2 classes and I'm eagerly awaiting my 3rd thank you Orange fitness for your wonderful instructors in East Meadow!!!!

They leave you totally tired after each class and also motivated for the next. The coaches are helpful and motivational throughout the workout. I can feel myself getting stronger and others have noticed the difference already too, after just 1 month. The heart rate aspect makes it so everyone can work hard, but safely within their own limits and they email you your results minutes after the class ends. The staff at the front desk are also very friendly and welcome you every time you walk in the door.

Great program - I wish some more description of the workouts (i.e. Which body parts will be targeted) would be posted online for each class, so that I could better plan which days I need to attend. Currently I have no clue what body parts will be focused on before walking in and in turn have had a bunch of upper body days and not enough leg day, so it can get a little imbalanced. Unless you count the treadmill as leg exercise, but it's just not the same as doing leg exercises with weights or squat movements. BUT, that said I still really like this program and am seeing results when paired with eating healthier vegetarian/vegan meals high in protein and sufficient calories to satiate me. Eating a high protein small meal BEFORE the workout is key, as I did not eat enough the first few times I did this (a year back) and felt DEAD / couldn't do the exercises properly. Restarted this year and seeing the difference much more now. Worth it if you got the money. Oh also it is a lot of cardio which I'm also not sure how I feel about this since less cardio and more/heavier weights is actually better for people who want to improve their body composition and not simply lose weight. But, I spose you could opt to walk and push yourself less on the treadmill, but more in the weight room to balance it out.
