I love the positive energy, loud music and awesome coaches here at Clay OTF!! Some days I just donβt want to workout and that changes as soon as I walk in the doors here. I also love tracking my progesss during and after the workouts. Knowing when to push harder or slow down really helps me get my best workout. This place rocks!

The entire staff is welcoming, the studio is always clean (let's see how snow and ice are addressed - always a challenge around here), Coaches are all engaging/educating on form/welcoming to see everyone. I've seen photos from friends in their own local studios that have really shown a team despite an "individual" workout. It's one of the best workouts I've found. I show up early, check-in, visit with some folks, do my workout, and head home. Staff and other members are happy to see each other (and ask where you've been; is everything all right?).
And regular self-competitions throughout the year are fun and motivating.

OrangeTheory is an amazing workout, and the community at OTF Clay is unmatched. I come at least twice a week most weeks and always know that I will get a challenging, yet accessible, workout that leaves me feeling good mentally and physically. The coaches are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and so supportive. The sales associates keep the studio running smoothly and always make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. And there is great camaraderie among the members that makes the workouts fun and keep you motivated. Highly recommend this studio, no matter where you are at in your fitness journey!

I have been attending OTF for 6 years and I am always blown away with how the staff at OTF Clay NY goes above and beyond for their members. The studio is clean, the ownership is local and passionate and the workouts always keep me coming back for more. I recently came back slowly after having my first baby and was greeted with friendly and supportive staff and members. I can't wait to continue my journey under the orange lights with a mom strong attitude and workouts that can be adjusted to fit my level of fitness every time!

The staff and coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are also very friendly and welcoming. I would say the staff and coaches at the Syracuse-Clay location play a huge role in making the customer experience a great one! Aside from that, the OTF work outs in-and-of-themselves just work well for me. The quality of the workouts is excellent. I love the fact that the workouts are pre planned and led by well qualified individuals (I donβt have to think about planning and timing my own workouts at OTF). If you show up and put in the work you will see real results. I also love the heart rate monitoring aspect. I am a technical person and love to be able to see my performance in real-time and be able to make adjustments accordingly to get the best results possible. Bottom line, great people and great workout concept.

Holy Cr**! In a good way! Great workout(s)! No chance of getting bored! You're body won't acclimate to this workout! They switch up the workouts daily and within each 60 min session You're constantly moving from one area to another. Of course I wish there was a shorter class, but this is really worth it! Give it a try, you'll be (sore) in a good way and love it!

Worst costumer service. Not helpful when the app isnβt working. Told me to call, no answer. Told me to wait till the morning. Other studios are able to put you in. These people are not bothered to help you. Iβve tried multiple times. Disappointed. Honestly Iβd rather drive to Niskayuna where the head coach is much more accommodating and caring and willing to help you. Worst people ever.

I arrived at 4:05 to what was going to be my first class (came from work) and after waiting for 5 minutes I was told I couldnβt work out at the 4:30 class and would have to reschedule because I was 5 minutes late to fill out the paperwork. My friend was already inside and she told them I was a little late and they told her itβs fine. Definitely lost my business and will be looking into other places.

I love that the workout is different every day - I never feel bored! I also like that there are different coaches on different days- again, it keeps things interesting. Another thing I enjoy are the optional challenges. It adds an extra bit of incentive/motivation and accountability. Finally, I really like the "biofeedback". It makes me more aware of my heart rate zones matched with my effort.

Corey, the instructor at the Clay location is amazing. She is motivating, caring and spot on. This one hour class uses all muscles in your body through a variety of machines, the treadmill, rower and free weights. Each week they change it up with different intervals and exercises while burning a lot of calories. I just wish they had more class times to choose from.

Awesome place to work out! The music gets and keeps you pumped up and the coaches (Mike & Corey especially) are great at keeping you motivated and giving clear directions as to what you should be doing and how you should be doing it. Also, members are really friendly which is a plus! Everyone says hello and is encouraging. Iβve never loved working out but Orange Theory makes sweating and pushing yourself fun! I highly recommend joining!
