My 3-year-old was enrolled in the Tiny Tigers class. We missed one class and were told we could use a makeup token. The session ran from September 13th to October 25th. When I went online to schedule the makeup, the website allowed me to select a class on October 29th. I assumed that since the system allowed me to schedule the date, it would be honored — but that was not the case.

At the front desk, I was told there was nothing they could do to honor the makeup session and that the only available makeup option had already passed. No effort was made to accommodate us, even though the scheduling issue appeared to be a system error and not my mistake.

As a new customer, I found this disappointing. I’ve heard mixed things about the program, and unfortunately, our experience wasn’t positive. Moving forward they should look into updating the system and putting some kind of block or restrictions on scheduling or possibly finding a way to accommodate the customer for their system error.

Paradigm is fantastic! My daughter started total tumble here in January and has really progressed. She was at another gymnastics place for about 9 months and didn’t make much progress there.

Paradigm meets the children where they are, challenges them, but still keeps it fun and light. The balance is wonderful.

The facility is beautiful and very clean! You can tell the owner really cares. The end of the year Olympic Showcase was very well done and my daughter was very proud of herself for all she leaned.

We love this place! We had been looking for 6 months for a gymnastics place and we couldn't find any we liked, that were clean, and/or had a class available for my 6 yr old.
Paradigm is a great facility, it's clean and up to date. The schedule works really well for us and is worth the drive for us as we are coming from 30 mins away. The staff is friendly and attentive. my daughter always looks forward to going!

Our family loves Paradigm! Our kids (F4, M6) have been going to classes here since it was owned by another person and it has only improved since Paradigm started. The gymnastics and ninja classes are amazing and run very well with great teachers. My kids also just did their first "winter camp" there this Feb break 2025 and they cannot wait to go back for the next time there is a camp! They both had a blast and came home exhausted. Win-Win!

Our two year old daughter just officially completed her 1st gymnastics session at Paradigm Athletic Center and I want to express our sincere gratitude to the amazing staff! Starting a new activity with a two year old is walking into a wildcard experience each and every time and there were definitely classes that did not go as planned on our part.

However, the Paradigm staff and Coach Linnea were phenomenal in engaging our daughter & demonstrating compassion no matter the unexpected two year old tantrum. They created such a welcoming environment to make you still feel comfortable to come back next week & try again; instead of wanting to run for the hills.

We recently discovered Paradigm Athletic Center, and from the moment we walked in, we knew we had found something special. My two daughters (ages 5 and 6) just started the Ninja-nastics class, and they instantly fell in love—not just with the class itself but with the entire experience. What kids don't want to be ninjas for an evening!!!!??? :)

From the start, the sign-up process was seamless, and the customer service was truly above and beyond. The team is incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel like part of the Paradigm family right away.

Teacher Jeremy is absolutely fantastic with the kids—he is patient, engaging, and has an amazing way of keeping them both challenged and entertained. It’s clear he genuinely cares about their progress and confidence. The rest of the staff shares that same dedication, ensuring every child feels supported and encouraged.

One of the standout features for parents is the viewing area upstairs, which allows us to watch the class without interfering with the kids’ ability to immerse themselves in the experience. It’s the perfect setup for fostering both independence and skill development.

Additionally, Kristin, the owner, and her team go the extra mile to create a warm, inclusive environment. We are so excited to continue with classes here and plan to enroll in even more programs in the future. We’re also looking forward to trying their Friday night open gym, which is such a great way for kids to burn off energy in a fun, structured setting.

If you’re looking for a place where your kids can learn, grow, and have an absolute blast, I cannot recommend Paradigm Athletic Center enough. It’s been such a wonderful experience for our family, and we’re grateful to have found such an incredible community!

If you’re looking for an Amazing gym and new to it all look no further! We came from another that we were part of for two years, unfortunately I felt like they were not taking us serious when expressing concerns and we started looking. Paradigm was one of my first gyms to call and schedule a trial class. My daughter left the class with the biggest smile on her face! She was extremely happy and loved every moment of it.

When you first walk into the gym I was honestly shocked on how open , spacious , clean and large the gym is! The staff welcomes you with open arms. They have a 2nd floor/viewing deck that parents can sit and Watch. I was blown away on how the coaches utilize the entire gym each session for all ages! It’s even more amazing that all the kids are at a station and not just sitting around and patiently waiting their turn. I’m so glad we came to paradigm, and can’t wait for what the future holds!

The new ownership really seems to care about making the facility as best as it possibly can be, and the changes that have been implemented so far are great. We just had a birthday party here on Sunday the 19th of January. The weather was a little iffy- the owner called me and said she understood if I needed to reschedule and if I did there would be no charge. Thankfully we were able to get the party in before the bad weather hit. I had never been to this facility before and my daughter wanted a gymnastics party so I figured I would give it a shot. The front desk worker was very pleasant and courteous when we arrived, introducing us to our party host and where the party room would be. Tables and chairs were set up along with tablecloths. We brought paper products, cake, utensils and drinks- ordered pizza from down the street. The kids did the gymnastics party (ages 4 and up) which included parachute play, an obstacle course, bouncy house, trampoline runway into the foam pit, a rope swing, more trampoline play, etc. The kids all had so much fun and enjoyed working with the party hosts. The facility was also very clean. It looks like a great gym for athletes as well as for gymnasts. Thank you for a job well done- highly recommend for parties!

Went to Nordic Recovery which is located inside the center. Very new to cold water and air compression therapy. We had a great coach to help us with breath work. The infrared sauna was amazing, especially after the cold water therapy. 10/10 recommend. I definitely felt a clearer mental space and overall energy increase. Perfect way to start off 2025!

PAC is perfectly located in Florida, NY as a resident just over the border in NJ. I was truly excited for announcement that my daughter would now be a part of the PAC!
We have been on the team (Xcel Silver) now through the transition and I am so thrilled with the progress my daughter has made this year. The number of coaches that work with her now versus last year has made a drastic difference in her progress and form. She still has fun while learning and doing drills and practicing hard.
The facility is inviting, there's lots of equipment, more space than before and it's always clean.

My daughter has been attending PAC for about 3 months now. She’s in the gymnastics classes there & loves it! They always have fun activities during classes for the children to do. My favorite is the themes that change every two weeks for the obstacle courses that the kids do. I want to shout out a coach there named MaKayla! She is so sweet & has such a kind personality. My daughter was shy at first but with MaKayla always being friendly & interacting during classes, it made it so much easier for her to adapt. She is heartwarming to all the children there. My experience here was terrible….

I had previously attended the open play with my 3 (now 4 ) year old before they changed owners or before they were called paradigm. The staff was so nice and it was great so we decided to book my son’s birthday party there. Big mistake.

The staff was very unprofessional. The children (ages 3/4) were threatened on multiple occasions that if they didn’t listen and not touch the toys or items, basically in their face, they were going to shut the party down early. Very unrealistic expectations were set on these children. At the end of the party, one of the party hosts swept the table with the same broom she swept the floor with, right next to a little boy who was sitting and eating his cupcake. We were rushed out the room and door and felt very uncomfortable. This is just some of the treatment we got.

I’ve had much better experiences at places like Hudson valley sports complex and Billy Beez.

I asked to speak to the manager / owner after i paid up and was ready to go, to provide feedback and voice my concerns. Immediately i was cut off, talked over, and disregarded. I simply wanted to let the owner know about the unprofessional behavior of the party hosts as well as how uncomfortable it made us feel. The parents all saw how unprofessional they were. I was not met with any kindness or open mindedness, from the owner. Not even an apology.

We were so disappointed because we were really looking forward to this party and possibly signing our now 4 year old up for gymnastics.

We will not be returning to this facility for any reason whatsoever. I hope no one else has this experience and that the owner and staff learn from this.

After forming a legitimate complaint concerning her staff, I was highly disappointed by the owner's unprofessional response. She came out of the gate defensively while we expressed dissatisfaction with the employee's conduct during a birthday party. Let's get to the point: they had no patience with the children. At one point, I told them they would go upstairs, cutting the party short, if they did not listen! The other staff member would not smile; she only did so when I suggested that she smile more often. When wrapping things up, not once did they approach us that they needed to prepare the room for another party. Instead, she said, “ I must get you guys out of here. Then, with the same broom she used to sweep the floor, she preceded to SWEEP the tables! She did not care that a little boy was eating his cupcake at the table.
The owner should read How to Be an Effective Leader. The staff should not run parties if it is a hassle to be there.

We’ve been attending this gymnastics center for a while, even before it came under new ownership, and I have to say the change has been fantastic. Before, we were underwhelmed with the classes, but since the new ownership took over, we’ve been extremely pleased. The quality of the classes has improved, and the customer service is absolutely top tier.

My daughter was initially enrolled in a class that didn’t seem to be empowering her, and when I brought this up, they had no problem with me pulling her from that class. Customer service is everything to me, and it’s refreshing to work with a team that’s genuinely willing to work with you.
