Peloton double billed me for six months — charging for both the All Access plan and the App+ plan already included in it. That’s $192 they kept. They admitted the error but only offered a one-month credit, refusing a refund. A fair company would fix its mistake and return the money. With Peloton’s stock already down to 5% of its five-year high, this policy only damages trust. 1 star for billing ethics.

Had such a great experience at Peloton studios! The whole team made everything so smooth and enjoyable. Cody was even more fab in person, and so nice. wow. wow. wow. The experience did not disappoint. The staff was so friendly. They realize most of us are first timers and are so excited for our visit. They were genuine and helpful. And of course the teachers were amazing.
Only disappointment is that there wasn't much NYC Studio "swag" to purchase in the store. I was really hoping to get something special. Definitely a lost opportunity.

I showed up at Peloton Studios NYC the day before and put myself on the waitlist for two of Alex Toussaint’s classes, not expecting much—but to my surprise, I got into the live class the next day! The energy in the studio was electric, and being there in person with Alex was an unforgettable experience. The staff was friendly, the vibe was welcoming, and everything felt smooth and well-organized. Definitely a bucket-list moment for any Peloton fan!

Locked location. As a Peloton member of many years I was hoping to walk through at least the lobby to take in an amazing vibe, but doors were locked. I didn't have a reservation for live class, but was still excited to visit. While I was there looking through the glass an instructor did come outside while leaving the business, but with bodyguards and a not so welcoming response to my excited greeting. Disappointing!!! Don't waste your time unless you have a reservation.

We’re huge peloton supporters…have the bike, tread+, and rower. Taking a live class was awesome! The vibe is super relaxed and fun…everyone is kind and helpful. We took class with one of our favorite instructors Matt Wilpers…he was so nice! You get to have pictures taken after class with your instructor too! Definitely a must-do when in the city!

While I have not been to the Studios at Hudson Yards I have been to the location that used to be on 23rd St. I am an avid Peloton cyclist since 2017. I also have the Peloton Guide. Peloton does things right. Their content is excellent and the equipment is well thought out. They are definitely the fitness value leader. Peloton Studios NY is amazing. The live classes are exciting and the people are great. The Peloton community is truly one of belonging and acceptance. I have never had a bad experience.

Amazing experience! If you’re a peloton, this is a must-do while in NYC. The whole process was well-organized, friendly, engaging, and high energy! It’s a core memory for me and my friends on a girls’ trip to the city. Locker rooms are clean and smell nice. They have Dyson hair dryers and other accessories. I was perfectly satisfied with my Peloton bike and all the classes at home but visiting the studio blew me away! I did yoga and two cycling classes with the Denis Morton who is an amazing instructor, truly gifted! The entire experience, from the moment I walked in the door was first class, the design and decor and the team members, all of whom made me feel well taken care of, and the patrons were all so happy to be there — very good vibes all around! And I definitely want to shout out Camala who was so considerate to me and everyone else who kept asking for help—she exuded kindness and resourcefulness!

I got an email invite from Peloton to attend Jess King’s Pump the Beat ride for Pride 🌈. Being from Texas and not local, I thought it was a great opportunity to get out and meet my favorite Peloton instructor. What an amazing experience! Jess King’s class was challenging yet doable 🚴‍♀️, and her amazing personality and charisma kept my spirits up the entire time 😃.

A few tips for those planning to attend:

•Make sure to check in 45–60 minutes before the start of the class. If you aren’t checked in 30 minutes before class, your spot will be released.

•Dress appropriately—official Peloton Apparel is encouraged! All outfits are reviewed upon entry to the studio. Tops are required for the duration of the class (sports bras are okay). Glitter is not permitted.

•Bring your photo ID for health, safety, and to confirm you meet the age requirements.

•Have your username and password ready to participate on the Leaderboard. If you forget your login information, you can reset your password.

•The locker rooms are fully equipped with keyless lockers, changing and shower facilities. Amenities include complimentary towels, shower products, Dyson hair dryers, and straighteners.

•Sweat towels are provided on the bike, and they also provide cycling shoes if you need them.

In Spring of 2022, I purchased a peloton bike and installed it at our home in Montana. This past summer, Peloton pushed through an update on their bikes, which our bike will not accept, and will not connect up to Wi-Fi. After spending hours on chat, and on the phone with representatives, we have tried every remedy possible. The screen is clearly a manufactures defect and Peloton refuses to replace it at their expense. The excuses is that warranty no longer applies even though the bike worked fine up until they pushed through an update. It’s clear from various chat groups that the monitor is the issue. Peloton refuses to pay for a technician or replacement of the monitor. I fought to have a technician come out at their expense which they agreed to. However, we weren’t able to get back to our residence until December and Peloton decided to cancel the work order in that time. I was able to rebook the original technician for when we came back on December 27th but then he informed me of the cancelled wororder. Through more hours of argument with various customer service reps, they have re-issued the work order but not to the same technician. Now I'm told no one is available until January possibly, but the original tech was. I was told that's not how the service works and we’ll have to wait for availability. So now we've cancelled the one we've booked because of Palotons customer service error.

I'm tired of not having a bike to use because it's useless without the monitor connecting and honestly tired of Palotons excuses. It's a manufactures defect! I would like them to refund the original purchase of the bike and I’ll buy some thing that works and with a warranty that covers manufactures defects. Why not fix th defect or just replace the screen at their expense? if I could, I would give this bike back for a refund since its only been used 3 times.

While I finally received a response (9 mo. later) from Peloton offering $50 off and some trinkets, I still have a useless bike so the complaint will remain unresoved with the Better Business Bureau of New York.

Very disappointed with the service. We have been having issues with the computer part of the bike. Customer service was useless and when asked to review the service I was polite but critical. IYKYK! I don’t ever use that! But if you are Peloton addict you must go! It is a great experience taking a fitness class with one of your favorite, inspiring instructors.

People who go with you but do not take a class have a waiting area. Locker rooms are upstairs some studios are downstairs, the climb back up after a long class is class enough! Go and have fun! People come from everywhere.

Had the pleasure of taking a cycling class at the New York studio back in February. I had a last minute work trip come up and was well past the 6 week release date for classes and was feeling so disappointed. The week of my flight I logged onto the website everyday and was able to get myself onto two waitlists, one for cycling and one for walking. Two days before my flight I got in off the waitlist for a cycling class with Ally Love. I arrived at the studio around 40 minutes before my class to check in. The NYC studio is much larger than the London studio but the staff are just as friendly and helpful. Ally was honestly even more personable and funny in person than I was anticipating and I had a great time taking her class live. It’s so fun getting to meet other people in the Peloton community and experience the energy in studio. After the class I took my photo op with Ally and then was able to use the shower facilities before going to my conference. The locker rooms were very clean and well stocked and even had Dyson blow dryers. Overall a really incredible experience and I would absolutely love to come back!

SO. MUCH. FUN! My husband and I were lucky enough to do a 30 minute ride with Hannah Corbin, who is a gem of a human and was so, so fun and kind!

The studio is filled with kind employees who want everyone to have a great experience - shoutout to Mickel!

The class itself was so, so, so fun! The class flew by and Hannah was such a joy to ride with.

I bought a Peloton Row. The row rate isn't working properly and I've only had it for a few months. I chatted with them, they sent me a new screen and that didn't fix the problem. Then a tech came out said it was a sensor. 9 days past so I figured I would follow up to see what the status was on my sensor. The rep told me no parts were ordered. Now they need to order the part and the first available appointment to fix it is Feb 22nd!!! I've been the only one following up on this matter. If this was a new row they would be here in 3 days to install so why do I need to wait 3 weeks for mine to get fixed. I'm really not the guy to do these types of reviews. I just feel like people should know that are quick to take your money. But slow to service your machines.

I absolutely love coming here. I’ve taken three bike classes and two runs. Incredible facility in which you always feel welcome. If you enjoy taking classes on your bike (or other equipment) or use the app, the studio experience takes you to another level. To meet some of these instructors in person has been such a privilege. This past weekend was the 2nd time I’ve been in the studio and I can’t rave enough about the magical experience that it is. The staff is absolutely amazing and I’m not just talking about the instructor. The folks checking folks in, bathroom attendants, employees in the studios and security were all friendly and easy to interact with. If these folks were having a bad day or annoyed by anything they didn’t let it show at all. The studio process from check in through the end of class and instructor photos process is flawless and is a well oiled machine. The locker room is amazing. They have hair ties, hair pins and spray deodorant and everything you need for a shower though you may want to bring a loofah or washcloth. And let’s talk about the towels. YES the towels! They are amazingly large and I would have bought one if they sold them because they were that amazing. They also have bags for you to put your sweaty clothes in. I know some people have mentioned that it is hard to get into the classes but this has not been my experience and I do not live in the area. I managed to get into 3 classes (2 cycling and 1 tread) on the day they were available to be booked and waitlisted for 2 tread classes which I managed to get off the waitlist for.

Amazing! I have been checking for weeks for a class, finally got on the waitlist for Christine's Climb ride and the day before I got an email saying we had been moved to the class! I am an avid peloton user at home so i was stoked to get into a live class. The studio is beautiful and all the staff we encountered were lovely! The class was great and I haven't taken many of Christine's classes but I'll be adding her to my rotation going forward. The taking pictures after the class is simple and easy, they take the photo for you and then email you a copy afterwards. The locker rooms are lovely and have showers, toiletries, towels etc. to use.

I come from Paris and my dream was to do a Peloton class. Although all the courses are full over 6 weeks, I decide to travel miles to visit the studio and stop by the store. I arrive a little before 4 p.m. and before going in, we are asked at the door what we want! I explain that I have come to see the store and without tact I am told to be quick and that I only have 3 minutes. the saleswoman doesn't take care of me, I rummage "quickly" and find 2 items. the 1st is very large but it is not my size. the 2nd is in the desired size but I want to try it. the saleswoman tells me I don't have time to try it. too bad, I didn't take the article and left very disappointed with this Peloton experience. why this lack of tact with customers who come from abroad and who just want to have fun?!!!!!

What a super awesome place to be and to check off your bucket list! On a exhausting, drunk Friday night, I was looking at Peloton Studios when thinking about how awesome the classes are and saw that Matt Wilper's Saturday class is waitlisted, I snagged a waitlist spot. Got there at 06:55 with a line of 20 ish people in front of me, I knew my chances were silm of getting a spot in the class but the superb friendliness of the staff made me very happy.

Once I got that text, I was super pumped and thrilled to get into the class and finally meet Matt Wilper in person! He is a super sweet guy and the class was just awesome.

The facilities are super clean and, as other reviewers mentioned, the shower facilities are great with reasonable water pressure and the (MALIN+GOETZ) shampoo and body wash. They do not have a strong scent but really refreshes you!

Pro tip: be ready in your cycling clothes if you are on waitlist so that you can try to get front row seat if people are still waiting at the door. I had to change and sat all the way in the back.

Always a good time…..until they’re super disorganized and put a staff member in one of the classes when your friend (who was waitlist-waiting with you) was told they couldn’t get in. Cool. I’ve been multiple times, so assuming this was a really unfortunate glitch, but the process to get into a class is so infuriating that this on top of that felt really terrible.

The experience at PSNY is unreal and incredible. I have been a dedicated member since 2019 and made the journey from Toronto. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly. I got a tour by a staff of where everything I needed was. The classes were very organized. It is a dream come true to be live in studio for me. Even the instructors walking by whose classes I wasn’t in were incredibly friendly and happy to meet me.

EDIT: Came back in August. Couldn’t get it out of my blood how much this place makes me happy. I have a perma smile on my face throughout every class! The staff is still incredible as are all the members and the instructors! I hugged Jess Sims twice! My bucket is full.

Bikes break in half with moderate use. If you weigh more than 120 pounds, be careful when the frame welds snap. Better wear a helmet for the fall.

My first time at this studio and as much as I loved the old one, this one was even more spectacular. The staff were very helpful and the studio is huge. Amazing locker room with lots of free products to help you get ready for your day after your workout. The shop inside had so much inventory and all the new apparel as well as studio logo apparel. The organization for meeting and taking pics with your instructor was so much better than the last studio too. They set it up for you and take the pics and email them to you so there's no issues with using your own phone. Absolutely an incredible experience. And then to run into instructors on the street was an added bonus. It's very difficult to get a spot in a class but if you can, it's worth every penny.

What an amazing time!!! All the staff are super nice, the instructors were wonderful and fun, and what a nice facility. Clean locker rooms, nice showers, and shoes that fit. I highly recommend to anyone (member or not) to take at least one live class if you can.
