At Personal Touch Fitness, my mission is to empower individuals to achieve optimal health and wellness through fitness and lifestyle changes. I strive to provide a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable and motivated to reach their goals.
Personal Touch Fitness offers a variety of services, including one-on-one personal training, group fitness classes, and online coaching. We also offer specialized programs for seniors, athletes, and individuals with special needs. As your trainer, I will work with you to create a program that fits your goals, schedule, and busy work life.

In a world full of trainers, Matteo is a rare true fitness coach. He understands physiology and how muscles and the human body work, and he listens to your desires and history to weave together workouts, nutrition plans, and health advice that changes you and builds you up. I started working out with Matteo in an effort to rebound from COVID inactivity and neglect for my body. Within a few short weeks, Matteo managed to completely rid me of nagging neck and back pain that months at the physical therapist couldn't fix. Beyond that, he has made me noticeably stronger and improved my stamina. Last year on the ski slopes of Tahoe, I couldn't help but notice the difference that training with Matteo has made in my strength, endurance, and physical wellbeing. Matteo is simply the best! My husband and I started working out with him about 5 months ago and the results are incredible. Not only is he an amazing trainer and coach, but he is super knowledgeable about everything. He has great tips for supplements, keeping your protein intake high, and how to have a healthy life. With two young kids and demanding jobs, he worked with us to make our schedules work. I can’t say enough amazing things about Matteo. I had the pleasure of working with Matteo to achieve my weight loss goals. Matteo is not only patient, but he really does truly care about his clients and wants to make sure that they achieve every one of their goals as fast as possible.
