This pilates studio is wonderful: airy, light, clean and welcoming. The instructors are knowledgeable and deliver the core principles of pilates. Although I am in a good shape, using the reformers require full guidance from the instructors - and i am grateful they were so attentive and diligent. Loved the flow of the class, the satisfaction of using every muscle and being able to improve myself. Cannot wait to be back to this amazing place where mind and body work in sync thanks to its professional team.

I'm new to pilates, but the instructors at PhysioLab made me feel welcomed. They were extremely knowledgeable and approachable and took the time to explain and guide me through the workout. It was an overall excellent experience and the studio is clean and well-maintained. For anyone new to pilates or considering giving it a try I highly recommend this place.

My first encounter with Pilates and so glad I don't have to look any further. The studio is clean with ample space to exercise. The instructors are knowledgable and have a keen eye in ensuring that you are doing the exercises correctly. The equipment is brand new with great reformers. Class times are also flexible. Highly recommend!

I was visiting NY for Thanksgiving holidays & wanted to keep up with my workout routine so came to try a class in PhysioLab. I’ve been doing pilates for some time now but this was beyond my expectations!
