The workers at my Planet Fitness are always kind and knowledgeable about the equipment and greet everyone with a smile. I go five times a week and I've never had to wait for the equipment that I need. The crowd meter on the app is very helpful for that! As a beginner at the gym I appreciate the pictures on the equipment that show you how exactly to use each machine. The massage chairs are my favorite go to after my workouts for the soreness and I've rarely had to wait for one of those either. I would definitely recommend a Planet Fitness membership to family and friends and often encourage them to go with me.

My daughter and i joined about 4 weeks ago. We decided it was finally time to shed those COVID lbs. ALOT of Covid lbs. LOL. We love the 30 minute work out! The staff is incredible! LOVE the massage chair after our work out. We are on out 17th visit today, down 16 lbs. between the 2 of us and we feel Great! Doing it together really helps! It's a way better way to spend time together, than binge watching the same TV series for the 10th time LOL OK we still binge watch while we do our bicycle warm up of 8 miles from the 5 we started out at. Moving up to 9 next week. BEST THING WE EVER DID!!

I've been a member for several years. Kevin and Dawn, the key staff, are both friendly and very knowledgeable. They help make exercising, an experience that isn't fun for me, tolerable. The equipment is of a wide variety and simple to use.Therefore it's easy to work out once one arrives. Good experience, really.

Worse gym in existence. Better off doing push-ups on the street. Disrespectful staff, they wouldn't even tell me when the regional manager Joel Richard was in. They knew I had complaints and they are trying to do everything in their power to avoid me contacting their regional manager. Today on 1/15/24 I contacted the gym again at 9:20am, and 2 employees still giving me the runaround on Joel. When I asked what location he is at today, a male started to stay dewitt and a female in the background said not to give out any information on Joel so he stopped short of his sentence Some people can't take accountability for their actions. Membership started in March 2023, that ends today.

Edit: Email sent to the Email address you provided and received nothing back. I had to physically go to my bank and change my routing and account number to get these guys to stop billing me. Seriously, go to Aspen or something, save yourself a giant hassle AND NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR ROUTING OR ACCOUNT INFORMATION! READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS! THAT'S WHAT YOU'RE IN FOR.

The young lady who provided me with a tour was very helpful. I was allowed to try out a message bed. It was an out of this world experience. I was a Planet Fitness member years ago. I do not recommend Planet Fitness in Auburn , In February I came in and froze my account they had me sign documentation telling me everything was taken care of. I find out 4 months later that they have been charging my account the whole time without my knowledge or consent when I spoke with the manager Jole I believe his name was he told me he was unable to wave fees that were not authorized by me and that his staff told me I would not be getting charged for, do not trust what the staff tells you make sure that you have documentation before you leave or they will rip you off as well . Members beware they basically stole over $100 out of my account without my knowledge or consent after they said I was not going to be getting charged while my account was froze, i am very disappointed with auburn New York location I assumed Planet Fitness would have been more professional and trustworthy unfortunately from my experience they cannot be trusted I guess every franchise is ran different. I have never had problems with Planet Fitness before until now dealing with the Auburn branch very bad business being conducted at this location

Staff should be MORE attentive in the morning hours to 30 minute room! Same people everyday, hogging and blocking machines. One lady running in-between machines, and another guy sitting on same machine talking and talking for minutes on end! Staff (3) of them JUST stand every morning at desk, least this week 4/24-4/28/23 talking away and oblivious to it all! I suggest you open your eyes 👀 and monitor this room as you state. And they don’t move when you go to try to use machine they are blocking! Very disappointing!

The staff at the Auburn Planet Fitness have been welcoming, and accommodating every visit. I love the cleanliness of the environment and that they show that the health and safety of their clients is a priority by keeping the cleaning products readily available for you to personally use! Being able to clean the the equipment be it a tanning bed or exercise machine gave me a big peace of mind! Definitely a great experience.

This is the first gym I've ever been to so I can't compare it to any others. The crowd meter wasn't correct when I went in, so that was disappointing. It was much more crowded than I anticipated. I'm sad there isn't a key fab and I can only go during business hours, but the staff was helpful and all the people there were very nice. I didn't feel judged at all. I noticed a lot of people not wiping down machines when they were done using them so it would have been nice to see staff staying on top of that.

Workers are great and keep the place clean. I go at night, and it's less packed than the PF in Ithaca. Demographic is a majority of older men, which I like, because I don't feel like I have to compete with anyone. It's very relaxed, given that even PF gyms can be go go go.

I tell my 16 year grandson he can charge 15 dollars for planet fitness on my credit card . Months later I see another charge. Now in December their is a 130 dollars charged. I call planet fitness and tell them not to charge my card anymore. Didn't even ask for the money back. Told they can't stop charging my card unless my grandson comes in. They will find out.
