I’ve been a regular member at this Planet Fitness for several months. At first, things were great, but over time, one employee’s behavior became increasingly unprofessional — including slamming doors and other distracting actions during my workouts. Tonight, that same employee, apparently off duty and with a male companion, engaged in inappropriate gestures toward me in the stretching area. This violates the gym’s “No Intimidation” policy and creates an uncomfortable environment. Planet Fitness promotes a judgment-free zone, and staff should be held to that standard both on and off the clock. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures members feel respected and safe here.

Amazing staff! Facility is very clean and has great equipment! Downside...only one lay down tanning bed, which has been out of commission for close to two months. If getting replacement bulbs is the actual problem, maybe invest in a new, upgraded bed??

On me I guess for not knowing the times it closes however in my defense I was from out of town and paid 20 dollars for a 24 hour pass. Just food for thought here, it’s probably a good idea to let people know that you are going to close soon before abruptly kicking them out mid workout. Maybe a 30 minute heads up or something. I’m just workshopping here. And if they ask to finish their set, it would be cool if you let them do that too.

Reasonable price. I have a black card membership so a guest can WORKOUT for free. I sa workout because a guest cannot use any of the other amenities such as massage chairs, tanning etc
Lots of varieties of equipment. Nice clean locker room.
Friendly non judgemental atmosphere. Staff is always helpful in helping you to learn equipment etc
No fee for trainer.
Although I liked the YMCA they have become very expensive, financial assistance is hard to obtain and they don't help personalize your experience.
Only drawback to planet fitness is no sauna, hot tub or pool, no classes such as spin or yoga which I do miss.
Annual fee is $49 and membership is $25 for black card members otherwise it's $10
I recommend Planet fitness

Facility is amazing!! Machines galore! Treadmills, stair climbers, weighs, classes, the list goes on. Locker rooms, with showers, hair dryers. Deep tissue massage chairs, hydromassage chairs. This is the most impressive gym I have ever been in. It is enormous, with tons of new equipment. I have never had to wait for a machine. The place is kept immaculate. The bathrooms have automatic toilets and faucets, and the water automatically runs warm at the sinks. The staff are friendly and always greet you when you arrive and say “have a good one” when you leave. My only criticism is that there is only one set of 8lb weights in the whole gym, and they seem always to be in use. I finally bought my own and bring them with me.

Even though I have a treadmill, a Bowflex, a Total Gym, and free weights at home, I find that I'm getting so much more from the machines at Planet Fitness. It truly is a "planet" of fitness machines and free weights. I also love the hydro chair and the massage chair; it takes me to a world that my body has never experienced anywhere before. The most difficult problem that I have with Planet Fitness is having to leave until the next visit.

I used to be a member of Anytime Fitness, which is a perfectly good place to work out. I'm not knocking it. However, the equipment selection at Planet Fitness exceeds that of Anytime, and they have lockers. More importantly, PF is 75% less expensive if you only want to use the exercise equipment and have no interest in the tanning booths and massage chairs. It's kind of a no-brainer.

SCAMMERS! I was a huge fan when I was a part of this gym with the highest level card...After I decided I wasn't going to have much need and decided to downgrade, first of all was not told when downgrading that there was to be any change other than the pay each month, when in fact it added stipulations of a large cancellation fee if you do not stay a year (would have cancelled then had I known) Then randomly I get charged the $39 for the annual fee AGAIN for no reason, go through the biggest run around in the world to get my money back for that, decide to eat the fee i wasnt told about to cancel on the 31st of MAY and get charged $10 today 6-19-2022, I then called, a bit upset, not yelling, not freaking out but audibly upset, and while venting about dealing with this situation on Fathers Day of all days I get hung up on....... When I call back for the 7th time of a company letting the phone ring then hanging up again ( a manager apparently) He answers and explains that because I was venting instead of letting him explain he hung up on me, I had not even risen my voice. Was told the situation has been sent to corporate once again but I'm not holding my breath as the manager still couldnt assure me my cards were no longer on file.... SKIP THIS GYM Connor if you read this I would suggest customer service training sir. When I asked Connor why I was given such poor customer service I was told he is not a customer service worker he is a gym worker, so if anyone has any customer related problems with this facility do not expect customer service, they're gym workers...

Stay Away! This place has been a hassle and a half. My husband downgraded his membership a couple months ago after having the black card for 2 months. We were charged yet another annual fee. It took several weeks to get the money back (and it was a huge run around). We spoke to several employees and several managers who ‘supposedly’ put in a refund. After finally getting back the annual fee we were wrongly charged, my husband decided to cancel his membership completely. He was then told there would be a buy out charge of $60. Didn’t make sense after the run around we had, but we decided it was worth it be done with the place. We canceled may 31. Had all the documents in the email proving that. We’ll guess who just got membership fees taken out? Yep. Still paying for a place that was canceled almost a month ago. Called the store and they were no help. Conner (the manager) thought it would be nice to hang up the phone when my husband was trying to figure out why we were charged again. When he finally answered again and my husband said that wasn’t great customer service. Conner’s (again the MANAGER) replied ‘oh I’m just a gym worker, not a customer service worker’. So don’t expect customer service when you go to this location. Still no word on when (and if) we’ll get our refund back because the are “looking into it” again (which took several weeks last time). Stay away from this gym!
