Absolutely great experience! I usually come at night and always get a warm welcome from the night crew mark and vanessa, they are very attentive and great at their jobs! the customer service they provide is more then i have ever received at other gyms before. they do well to make sure the members of their gym are taken care of and ensure the space is clean and well kept. These associates deserve a raise!!!

Giving 5 stars so my comment doesn’t get hidden. Someone has already mentioned a RED haired lady who is just clueless. She is on her phone most of the time & just unhelpful when you ask questions. She also acts scared, like sending another employee over to micromanage people minding their business. I asked her (a “team lead”) & another young lady with curly hair if they can waive my late fee since I’d been out sick (doesn’t matter). They said it was against policy. & Were extremely micro-aggressive… Well not even a day later the manager waived my late fee for me! No problem. But of course hiring young high schoolers who don’t have a clue what’s going on but love to police people, is why I prefer the other Greece location.

I recently visited Planet Fitness as a guest, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. The gym was exceptionally clean, from the floors to the equipment, which made the experience comfortable and welcoming. I also loved the festive atmosphere—they’ve done an awesome job with Halloween decorations that add a fun, purple-themed Planet Fitness twist. It really felt like they put effort into making the space enjoyable for members and guests alike.

Special shoutout to Isabela, one of the staff members, who was super helpful and welcoming. She made sure I had everything I needed and made my guest experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, I’d highly recommend this Planet Fitness location to anyone curious about a guest visit. Great vibes, great service, and a clean, festive environment!

Never have hot water in the showers

Been here all times from 5 AM till later in the day. Doesn't matter when I go. Showers always freezing cold

I signed up in the app but could not access my account to check into the gym because it had old email on file. I went into this location and was told I had to drive across town to a different location access my account. When I went to the location that sent me to I was told I would have to set up an account and troubleshoot it in the app by myself. Ultimately it was an easy fix but I could have saved 30 minutes driving if they were willing to spend 5 minutes on customer service.

Though it would be nice having a 24 hrs gym in greece. Gym is on the small size. they do have very nice equipment, but some seem cheap with needing a smaller footprint. The bench in the locker room is poorly placed location wise. As well as they don't have a garbage or paper towel in the locker room as well. I ended up switching back to gates

This planet fitness is top tier, new machines, cool air in the summer. I do wish the 30 minute circuit room had all ten machines or was advertised as a partial circuit room as it only has five or the ten circuit machines that other planet fitness’ in the area have.

This is by far my favorite plant fitness! The people are super friendly and helpful, the gym is always clean and it never overcrowded. The only thing I would change, if they can find the room, I would add a second changing room in the women’s locker room. Other than that, the new place is great!

Overall, it is great value for what you pay. I am a black card member and have the privileges of going to different locations as using their tanning and massage chairs (plus the newer hybrid tanning bed). This location, in particular, has some unexpectedly useful new machines compared to other ones in Rochester. For example, hip adduction/abduction actually allows me full range of motion while performing the exercises. They have a hip thrust machine that I haven't seen anywhere else and is great and safe to use for working glute muscles. The only few things that tend to bother me are how overly bright the lighting is, and the water pressure in showers can make it difficult to take a timely shower, especially if you have longer hair, but I've experienced worse elsewhere. The staff and members all help keep the location very clean and welcoming. Would recommend to a friend.

I’ve been searching for a location that’s not too far from my home but also relatively close to my employer. I have a few options, but this one just opened up. I checked it out yesterday. I had a really great workout at 5 am and was able to take a look at everything.

At 5 am, there’s almost nobody there. It’s really quiet, which is nice. They don’t have music playing like some of the other locations. The staff was friendly and helpful, since it was my first time at this location. The receptionist cheerfully gave me directions to the locker room.

The equipment is all in working order, and everything is very clean. I know this can be expected of a brand new PF location, but it’s still refreshing.

The locker room was small but tidy and nice. I would take half a point off if I could since they don’t have a shower sanitizer readily availeble. However, I did notice a staff member when I was changing in the changing stall, she came in and sprayed it, so as long as they do this regularly it’s no problem.

As for the locker room itself, it has four showers with brand new curtains. There’s only one changing stall, and that’s my only complaint. More changing stalls are needed, because many women are self conscious changing in front of people.

Overall, this is a nice PF location. I’m concerned that once more people are aware of it that they’ll go here instead of other places and it will quickly be too busy since it’s very small.
