This location is some what on the dirty side. Planet fitness rules are not enforced, people talking on cell phones and others reserving two pieces of equipment and once is common place there. This place is a hangout for the homeless. You can see there are always overnight locks on the lockers. A have posted pictures showing a spill that was on the floor and a weekend later the same spill was there. This place is always dirty.
Update: The mens locker room is allot cleaner. The whole place is cleaner.

Many problems with the billing department. Spoke to front desk they seem helpless. On resolving the issue. Telling me there nothing to do I need to speak to Alex, when Alex works all different hours of the day. Tells me she will be there at a certain time and isn’t. Tells me it’s a computer issue and it’s a glitch but then I get hit with late fees. Very unprofessional and ran poorly. Will be contacting cooperate and resolving the issue my self. Whenever I needed help on this issue they would just tell me to go on the app.

This is a really great environment, I feels comfortable and safe.
The floor manager is very respectful and easy to talk too, she's always ready to assist in any way possible to make the member or members comfortable. 100% Great Place To Be.

I like this gym it's not bad but having the teenagers have a free membership for the entire summer makes me want to pull my membership. I think it's a cool idea but they should have a time window for the free teens to go because every single PF is packed out with teens that sit on machines sitting on their phones and just use it as a hangout and the people who actually pay to be there are limited in the summer months more then usual. I think if they want to have free teens summer then either every single paying customer should get a half off discount or have a time window that the teens are allowed to go. Like I said cool idea but poorly executed at the expense of their paying customers. I've spoke to so many people and they all agree with me. It's even a meme going around social media on how shitty PF is now that they have teens in their as a hangout spot.

Sad to say my experience was not great recently. I went to use one of the black card member booths the other day post work out. The girl at the desk set me up for 12 min, I undress, i get in, I wait…I wait…supposed to turn on after 3min or so. 10 freaking min go by of me standing in there naked and sweating with nothing turning on. No buttons to start the machine myself either, trust me I tried. I call the desk from the room to avoid dressing and going out there and having to undress all over again. Phone rang off the hook with no answer. I call a second time, after 5 rings someone finally answers and after explaining my frustration they turn it on. I wish that was my only issue but the booth was DISGUSTING, I was actually appalled and felt gross stepping in with bare feet since the floor was covered in hair and dust and who knows what else. I thought it was standard practice that these were cleaned often like the other location I go to but this booth looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the day the place opened. I’m genuinely one to never complain, but I was disgusted and late to work on top of it due to the first issue. At this point idk if I’ll return to this location, which is a shame bc it’s so close and a great size gym. But that day really turned me off.

We Love going to Planet fitness to get healthy and fit! But the best part about it is when we are greeted by Noah and Shae! We hget smiles, and happiness from both of them. It's like we are family! They are both knowledgeable about all the machines and anything we ask, they take the time to help us!! We feel so good when we are there and even better when we leave. We tell all our friends to go, and I even got my sister to come to Medford Planet fitness. She doesn't like to go to the gym, but she loves it there!!! Mens bathroom is an experience ypu get at a truck stop.
Toilets and urinals have an unsightly level of gunk on it. Sorry, TMI.

I wonder if the staff, rather than standing around, can be asked to just go in and clean them.

Somehow this planet fitness has become my favorite. I canceled my unique fitness membership began my post back surgery here .
