My only issue was that I was charged the annual fee twice after I upgraded to the black card. However, they were receptive and fixed it once they could. Really understanding staff & lots of options to work out from. 💪

These guys are off that rocker! And they said but I had a gym membership and turned out I didn't have a gym membership they said you're all good to go and they could have said to me you have to pay the money and put it down and this whole time I thought I was a " paid member" ! And he said to me the bigger problem is that you sign up subscription in Brooklyn you need to subscription for one and Deer Park. So then I talk to the manager and manager said" oh you're good to go everything's okay "and it turned out everything's not okay they just lied right to my face! I ran out of money so now I can't use the gym but it would have been nice if they were honest with me they should have said to me know the payment didn't go through I don't want to use just use someone's gym I want to actually become a member. You know he said to me you have a membership in" Brooklyn" you know they pulled the bull over your face they you know it's almost like they don't want me to be there!

The hours here are extremely inconsistent. I come here from time to time because I have a universal pass for all PF locations and my employer has a satellite office near this branch.

Overall, this needs some serious improvement. the showers didn't work well and about 1/4 of the machines were not in service. the sanitizing stations were all out of consumables. I also witnessed the staff making disparaging remarks to a customer. Not the best place but not the worst either. I suppose this place could be infested with bedbugs and THAT would be a worst case scenario.

Definitely on my list of places to visit. I love a chaotic environment where violence is encouraged and is actively supported by staff and owners. I've been training because I don't want to lose my fight with these people but I'm very excited to enjoy the experience I see others get to live. It’s a basic gym overall minus that the hand wash sinks barely work. And if you’re planning on working out on the weekends just know it gets weird here during the last hour. they lock the doors very early, the earliest I’ve seen them locked is 6:40pm even though 7pm is closing time. Also, they start flickering the lights randomly around 6:45pm until close. Then at 6:58 they sound a very loud deafening obnoxious alarm.

I originally went there for help with a gym assignment for college with the assignment being due at 11:59 that same day, and still Alex helped me with all the questions on it and even took pictures for it everything was all finished up in about less than an hour, I even learned about some things I didn’t even know were available there was actually there. I will definitely be heading back there it’s the most inclusive and calming gym I’ve been too with friendly and helpful staff too 10/10 would recommend 🙌

1- Facility well maintained, clean bathroom/shower/locker areas. Including work out areas vacuum on a daily basis as I attend 5 days a week.2- North Babylon location has lots of equipment and uptaded machines in comparison to locations I've been to Bayshore and West Babylon.3- The staff I find very welcoming and when bringing to their attention of a machine not working correctly, they note it and inform me will get a repair tech for follow up.4- Pricing plan, I find outstanding value for hours of operations, great staff, modern machines, clean facility and with additional use of massage chair , hydro lounge body massager (my favorite), tanning beds. Free guest member and use of all gyms in the US as I was in Texas using pf gym. Worth the extra as a black gold member.

This is being edited on 7/31/24 after coming in to the gym after a few months. What a disappointment. Thankfully some of my favorite faces (members) are still at this location. It's always great to come "home" and workout with my gym family and friends but the facility is NOT maintained as well as it once had been. Every garbage can on the floor was overflowing. And the women's bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I try to limit using them to wash my hands after a workout but I needed to pee. And I walked in and the first 2 stalls were a dump. The second one had a literally mound of feces in the toilet unflushed and filled with paper. Aside from a potential health hazard it is absolutely unacceptable that staff did not address this in the 2 hours I was there. GROSS!!!!

Below is my original review. Boy things have changed.

I have been coming to this location since they opened in 2020. It's where I overcame my gym anxiety. I give credit to the warm and friendly staff who always greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed. They are attentive to members' needs and keep the gym clean. This was my home gym until I moved 30 mins away. Despite that, and with the return of some of the original staff, I make it a point to come back at least once a week, if not more, when my schedule permits. The staff make the gym. There is a special culture that exists here. North Bab, to me, is unlike any other location. I have 3 PF locations within a 5 mile radius from my new home.. I would choose North Bab every time.

Shout out to AJ, Alex, and Michael, who have held it down through all the transition and turnover in staff. Shout out to past staff members Nicole, Ty, Dante, Kaelin too! Everyone mentioned had a positive impact on my experience or continues to make it a positive one. The members who go here... they're awesome, too! After some time.. we became a gym family. That is special and another reason I keep coming "home".

One of the two PF facilities that I frequent. Has your usual cardio station, weights, 30 min room, and the other isolated weight room. Unlike some pf gyms, this one in deer park has the 30 min workout room and the weight room separated via partition vs a fully separate room.

30 min workout room has their light in the corner like a traffic light.

This Location is a 5 Star Health Club. If I could give it more I would. The Staff as you can see are Always working Hard to Clean & always make their members Happy. They are very Courteous, Professional, Friendly & Helpful Always. I believe this is also the Result of Excellent Management, proper Training that stems from Alex & Michael.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I started going to the gym with such high hopes. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the variety of machines but then suddenly the decline started. Multiple machines constently broken and in disarray. The bathrooms mimic that of a roman bath house with no plumbing after a hot summers day. Great gym! Though I'm disappointed that others seem to think it's ok to illegally record employees without their consent. These employees do a great job and should not be subjected to intimidation tactics and the spreading of their information due to someone not being emotionally mature enough to handle having to wait more than five minutes to cancel a membership. Her name is Leslie Roman, very concerning that a woman would go to those depths to try and harm the lives of innocent employees for simply doing their job. Was trying to scan into the gym and she was incredibly rude to me as well, I'm glad she cancelled her membership. We don't need people filming and harassing others! Enployees are super unhelpful when attempting to cancel membership 5/11/2024 on Saturday morning. Efforts to contact a higher up/supervisor to assist were little to nonexistent. General manager of the establishment, Michael Ramdat was unreachable for hours, which is unacceptable. Employees suggested I leave my name and number with them for them to cancel on my behalf however the known policy is for the customer to come in and cancel. Employees need better training.
