Anet fitness of Patchogue is one of my favorite facilities of planet to go to. Im big on going at night time to get my workout in. This place is great especially at night as it's very clean than most planets in the area I went to. Lee Lee is one of the best I seen on staff working and keeping things clean everytime I come in at night time. It's nice seeing someone that takes responsibility and care of the facility.

I reviewed this gym almost a year ago. Back then, it was amazing.But recently my understanding is there's no management structure anymore. Someone I know is friends with the manager who apparently just quit and I don't know they don't. He left no replacement for him. I remember there was a really good assistant manager for a short period of time. I think his name was Nicholas and from what I heard from other members is that he works at another gym in Long Island maybe you should bring him as the manager of this location. It would probably be great cause I remember when he was still just a regular, the front desk person and he was amazing, always so knowledgeable and very kind.It would be a shame not to have him back at this gym. I still hold the opinion that this is the best planet fitness in Long Island and I love coming here as a guest, but I just don't want to see the gym fall apart. All the staff here are absolutely wonderful. Whether i'm coming on the overnight the morning or the afternoon.They're always so friendly and helpful

Absolutely love this PF! My husband and I both belong...but lately the bathrooms are not as clean as they used to be. I was there yesterday and ladies room smelled badly and my husband felt the shower stalls in mens room were too dirty to take a shower. I used to see lots of wiping down of equipment by employees but am not witnessing that quite as much. Generally love this gym so wanted to bring this to your attention. I am sure updates can be made. Thank you.

So happy Join planet Fitness the staff is very friendly the Gym is clean we join Patchogue New York like talking to the staff they are very friendly kind caring staff feel very comfortable very happy to help out cleaning the equipment when I'm done finishing using it see other people not cleaning the equipment that is upseting don't want to use the equipment someone didn't wipe it they is sprays and paper towels to use right in front of them don't do that is very in sanitize isn't healthy for anyone the staff and owner has the right to know what is going on behind the staff and owners back. Very deeply concern about it (let's make notices about it )

Had to stop going for a bit due to personal reasons, they had no problem charging me the whole time. I finally am able to go again, my locker is empty. The counter guy told me I'm essentially out $150 of gym/shower stuff. How did they know which locker was mine? Are there cameras in the locker room? Do the employees spy on you? Terrible gym avoid at all costs

Convenient location for me, but most people don't wipe down the equipment after use, and spend more time on their phones then the machines. Frustrating when you want to use a specific one. Have mentioned it to the workers but don't believe anyone gets spoken to. Otherwise great bang for the buck.

The guy Nick at the front desk is one of the most professional and friendly people I have ever met. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work, I always see him cleaning, giving tours and making sure all guest needs are met. He also helps out Spanish speakers by translating for them! Been using planet fitness for a long time now. I work for the irs till 12am every day or later. I have a black membership because I have back and leg problems and sometimes in the middle of the night I have to go there and use the massage chairs and hydro lounges so I'm not in so much pain before I go to bed. Never had a problem we're going in there all sorts of times of the night to get a workout in and then use the massage chairs. This particular Planet Fitness tells me that their massage chairs clothes at 12:00 a.m. and I'm more or less have a black membership for absolutely no reason whatsoever because I work until midnight every night. They were acting really weird about it when I first walked in there they told me only the massage chairs were working at the moment and not the Hydra lounges they were being cleaned then I come out to use them and suddenly they're completely closed because of third party manages them and comes there at midnight and shuts them off even though they were just on a few minutes ago mind you it's 12:30 one in the morning all of this. Just very very bizarre they obviously didn't want me using them but the entire reason I have the black membership is to use those chairs and hydro lounges because of my back problems. So I went there during the weekday like normal I do my back hurt too much to get it work out in so I decided to only use the chairs that I was told we're working perfectly fine 20 minutes ago and suddenly out of nowhere a third party manages them and comes into the building and shuts them down at 12:00 p.m. also when he was attempting to explain to me that a third party comes in at midnight 12:00 in the morning to turn off these chairs for absolutely no reason at all just to turn them off he was talking to me like I was very slow and and there was something wrong with me. There's no way that that is true these guys were just playing a game with me. Ridiculous

While I've always been a member of Planet Fitness since 2009 and really never let any of the staff get to me which they were sometimes in different locations a couple of smart Alex however still never deterred me from going I've been a member up until this day as we speak I was just informed by my son about the Planet Fitness in Patchogue on 1 12 and the worker Alex who humiliated my grandson and then topped it off with embarrassing his father my son most of my family members belong to this Planet Fitness facility weather in Florida Bayshore Holbrook however I am seriously thinking about closing out my membership because this worker Alex has no experience in dealing with the public I serve the public everyday of my life and I'm 61 years old and I do it with a smile and when my customers l leave my job they leave with a smile I am so disappointed and so appalled at the behavior of this gentleman that supposedly works over their shame shame on you Alex

Just want to say I've been to A LOT of PF locations and this is without a doubt the cleanest one I've ever seen. I know it's still fairly new, but still, everything is always full (paper towels, etc), clean and ready to go. Whenever I come at night I always see J.P. cleaning something, the man doesn't stop. Him and his partner that work overnight (don't know his name) do things the right way and I hope the higher-ups know this. It's not easy to come by these days.
