The staff is excellent professional and courteous my problems with planet fitness. I have a black card and I'm paying almost $20 a month for my black card. And people without black cards have the same privileges as I do. That's my problem it's not with this particular place it's the whole cooperation planet fitness

Closed for construction, the whole gym was emptied and undergoing extensive remodel. This isn't just a one day thing. Glad I planned it into my day and couldn't go to another in time. I've seen your responses to others, saying to check the app or page. It's YOUR job to make sure you don't inconvenience your customers. Google allows business page ownership for a reason. Stop being lazy.

This location is ok. The staff members take your concerns seriously, but the gym itself needs an upgrade. There is water dripping from the ceiling, and the parking lot can be redone. The facility is big and spacious, but this location deserves to have an upgrade.

I will never recommend this location of planet fitness to any family or friend I sent my son there on his own and an employee by the name of Sydney was very rude and ignored my son she stayed on her phone and pretending like he was never there, she’s rude and I don’t think that’s who should be representing their establishment with no respect or morals in their way of work it’s a shame . She was rude and I didn’t believe when my son told me she told him to “ work out if you came to workout or go home “ if you’re so miserable quit your job and go home. I will be reporting this.

Muy buenas máquinas y limpieza excelente pero deberían de colocar pancartas que por favor desocupen las máquinas quienes no las están usando pues la mayoría de personas que e visto siempre están sentadas sin hacer nada solo punchando sus teléfonos y quienes en realidad vamos a hacer lo que se va a hacer (ejercicios) no podemos.

The best gym around specially from people from different cultures. The staff it’s nice but there one young lady that it’s just really helpful and have a nice smile I think her name it’s mytany . My first language it’s Spanish and this is one of the gyms that I feel free to speak. Este lugar es muy bueno especialmente para personas de diferentes culturas. Mi primer idioma es español y e conocido a muchos que solo hablan español y la jovencita mytani los a ayudado mucho. Si tienen dudas o algo ella los podrá ayudar como me ayudó a mi con mucha paciencia y con una sonrisa.

New member, very disappointed with Spring Valley location. 30 minutes circuit room isn't monitored, so each visit people just sit, using it as their hiding space or personal piece of equipment. I've never even seen a staff person in the first 2 operating hours, other than the occasional appearance of someone on their cell phone. My first day here another member in the 30 minute room said it's the norm here, you can't get a circuit workout. Very frustrating that their own posted "rules" aren't followed by staff.
None of the upright bikes work. Hoping they get at least 2 or 3 working before the month is over.

I was stranded in this town for a few hours and my coworker had a black star membership so we went here for shoulder day…. This planet fitness impressed me so much (which hurts me to say). The worker happily charged his headphones when they died… The OG’s that go here are super encouraging and helpful and in amazing shape (weird for planet fitness but impressive) very helpful to the youngins and we’re correcting their form and educating them…. I love that. This planet fitness it amazing (never thought I’d say that) but you will learn a thing or 2 if you come here after 4pm and use the cables and look for advice from these awesome older gentleman.

Great place to work out. The hours are even more flexible than all the locations in North Jersey. They are really 24/5 instead of being open 24/7 for only 3 days like in Jersey. The staff are always in a positive uplifting mood also.
To improve, they just need to put in more cleaning stations. It’s annoying to walk across the gym just to get a paper towel and sanitizer.
