The staff here is very friendly and usually everything is kept very clean. I wish there were a few more machines because some are usually always hogged up. This is the first gym that I have felt comfortable going to so I really love it!

I haven't been here in a while but, when I did found the availability of equipments lacking. The store of South Ave had more choices and hours were more flexible.

PF might as well just close this one down. I go to many different gyms across the 5 boroughs, and this one is most certainly one of the worse. I know people have said this many times before... %75-%80 of the machines need to be replaced. Some of these machines are well over 10 yrs old. Even the newer ones have handles braking on them or have problems with their pullies. These machines include, but are not limited to: tanning beds, ellipticals, all of the weight machines upstairs, and a few downstairs. Also, since a number of machines up stairs have been out of order for at least 6 months now, get rid of them so people do not have to work out on top of each other. Lastly, do not bother having a district manager come in to fix the problem. That has been proven useless time and time again. Have some one from corporate actually come in and evaluate this location.

I enjoyed it....the staff was friendly and funny. I certainly love the no judgement policy. Judgemental people are what kept me from other gyms.

they need to put barbells in this gym! every other planet fitness gyms has barbells already. 3 years and still nothing but take 30$ or something every year for some bullshit atleast use that money for equipments we need!

I have been a member of this gym for 3 years. Unfortunately I only used the gym two or three times in the three years. I finally made time to go to the gym to cancel my membership, since I was clearly not taking advantage of the gym. A week after my membership was cancelled they charged me again another month. I was told to contact the district manager, which I'm still waiting to hear from. This place is a joke, customer service is non-existing... I would never join a planet fitness gym again!!!

Place is clean and convenient; however many treadmills are not working. Staff are courteous, but mostly dont want to be bothered. Could use a little more weights... but for a no frills gym its a good value.
