In May I froze my son's account for the teenager summer program. When I was charged in June I called and was told a manager would call me back, no one called. I went in a week later and was told they made a mistake and a manager would call me the next day but no one called. I went in in September and spoke with the manager Austin. I was canceling my membership and wanted to discuss the charge. He walked away from me and had another employee help me with the cancelation. She told me it was too late for September but it was canceled for October and Austin had to leave, he would call me the next day but he never did. I was charged for October and when I went in the employees said my account was never canceled.

Nice gym and mostly clean, Great hours but those shower stalls in the locker rooms are small ! I wish the locker room was bigger then a square but for the price I cant complain.

Austin the kid at the front desk was extremely rude and standoffish when i asked him to get off his phone so that i could use the massage chair. After his display of attitude i walked into the room and the chair was not activated. Upon returning and asking him to activate the chair he told me “Members only get one chair use per visit.” and refused to honor my request. I told him that was bullshit and has never been a problem before. He then said “Well then you can leave my gym.” I have been a longtime customer of planet fitness and have never experienced a problem with this facility until today. Due to the way your employees treat your “valued customers” I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Staff is very nice, lots of options for your workout, and bathrooms are very clean. I do wish they would fill the hand sanitizer though and also clean the stand up tanning beds more (I always clean mine before tanning because they’re pretty gross). Besides those things, it’s a great gym for a great price!

I love this PF. I love the regular crowd at the hours I frequent. They have a fairly good variety of equipment, and keep it, for the most part, well maintained. I only wish they had a proper curl bar that you could put plates on. Their 2 hand curl bars only go up to 50lb, and using single hand dumbells just isn't the same... but other than that, this gym is great. Excellent bang for the buck, perks are impressive for the price point as well.

I actually loved the gym, the low rating is due to the hoops you have to jump through to cancel a membership. When you go on the app it tells you that you must call the location to cancel, you call the location they tell you that you can't do it on the phone, you have to come in... Well that's all fine and dandy until you've left the area. Now I have to mail in a formal request and just hope they get it because they "don't have a fax machine at this location" and "don't accept emails". I should not have to physically present myself to cancel a membership... what kind of fraud has ever gone around with people cancelling gym memberships???? Get real. It's an easy way to keep collecting money because they can always claim they didn't get it in the mail.

I have been coming to this location for quite a while and I love it here. All of the staff is exceptional and always nice. Madison and Patrick are there most mornings, happy to greet and help you. Trevor and Jakob are there most afternoons with great customer service and smiles. I would absolutely recommend this gym!

**LOCKER ROOM THEFTS RAMPANT, MOST RECENT ON 3/9/24, NO ONE LOCKS THEIR LOCKERS** One of the worst locations in the area. Limited equipment, most things are poorly maintained. There's a Torso Rotation machine that literally rocks when you use it which is really unsafe. Anyway, onto the thefts, which I have to thank the West Seneca Police Department for reporting incidents in their blotter posts on Facebook: People keep getting their cars/wallets stolen from their lockers because they leave their keys and personal items in lockers without locks. This is apparently happening primarily in the men's room (from blotter posts I've seen), but as a woman, I do note that many women who frequent this gym ALSO don't lock their lockers. If you are one of those people, it's only a matter of time before an opportunist grabs your stuff. Don't be the next victim. Most combo locks are $5 and I think the gym even sells them.

I have used this gym for years solely for tanning and within the last 1-2 years random times I'm told I have to wait 24 hour period to tan again. Which blows my mind since for YEARS I have never been told this. I tan almost every weekday morning after I take the kids to school. On the random days off I sometimes like to go an hour or 2 earlier before so because I used the bed 22 hours ago I have to wait?! It used to be once a day and that's fair! People may have to work, have kids, not have the ability to wait 24 hours but more like 20-22 and this gym randomly tells me sometimes I can sometimes I can't. On top of CONSTANTLY being out of bulbs more months on end. Wish there were more tanning bed spots. 👎

Most Planet Fitness locations are the same. So with no to little differences what is important is customer service and satisfaction. At this location I also use their tanning booths. I noticed a couple of light bulbs not working which I know happens. However, my last visit the stand up tanning booth I use has a total 54 bulbs with 23 of them were dead. On my way out the Manager said she was aware. I told her I would send their office a letter about them not maintaining their equipment. This is a service I pay to use. She, the manager told I did not need to send them a letter since she has sent 5 emails already. My response was to asked her, “And how is that working for her”. Not! I stopped going to this establishment and now drive to a different location which is farther away from my home. Their equipment is kept up, it’s all about customer service and satisfaction.

Have been coming to this gym faithfully for over a year … being there hours a day …5/6 days a week.. and with that being said I can honestly say the staff at this location make it an even better experience! They are beyond helpful and always upbeat and pleasant. They show a great amount of teamwork as well within their employee pod…. Hands down my favorite location !

Absolutely love this place. It's clean, comfortable, & friendly. I've just started working out the last few months. Planet fitness has made it so easy, by using the app to figure out any machine, & there are so many of each piece of equipment, that makes it so easy to use. I don't feel uncomfortable when working out (they're real big on that). The staff is friendly. The place is clean. And my favorite thing to do after my workout is to have a hydro massage!!

been going here for over five years but the hydro massage and tanning areas have been consistently unclean lately. The floor is littered with garbage and I have never seen the staff clean anything. Went to this gym for the first time, because I was bringing a guest who lives near there. Normally the gym I go to is Batavia PF. Every other PF has been a huge disappointment. This gym was very much like Batavia. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean, great equipment, all working bulbs in total body and not too busy. I really enjoyed this gym, I just wish I didn't live an hour away.

Just joined, went to sign up at the gym. Not that helpful with explaining any plans or any information. You are handed an iPad and told to download an app. No tour of the place. We travel a lot and visit PF locations across the US. My wife & I agree that this PF is the cleanest & best run location that we've visited. After visiting the locker rooms, we both spontaneously commented on how clean they were. Dry floors by the showers, shower curtains hung to the side, body wash dispensers full... Even the toilets had been just cleaned. Congrats to Asst Mtg, Joseph & to his team.
