Great place. I did a 1 on 1 with Mike and he is knowledgeable, calm, and safely increased the training difficulty as we progressed through the session.
I'm looking forward to finishing the 1 on 1s and doing group classes.

Port CrossFit is just amazing. The coaches are able to modify workouts so that you donβt feel like the odd duck out in class when you have a physical limitation or temporary restriction. It isnβt just a bunch of super fit 20 somethings either; classes are a range of ages and levels of experience. The owners are rad and make it a community.

Went in for a drop-in class during a business trip to Portsmouth. The entire experience was great from scheduling, to the facility, the coach.
The gym was clean, organized and friendly.

Been coming to Port CrossFit for 6 months now. The trainers are the most competent, wonderful people. The atmosphere is super friendly, with a comradery that is so motivating. The workouts are fun and challenging, and it's so cool how everyone can participate at their own level and improve at their own pace.

Hands down the best gym experience I've ever had. The coaches are so knowledgeable and helpful. They really take the time to ensure you're doing the movements correctly and most importantly, safely. I've pushed myself further than I could have ever imagined only one month into the program. I love coming here!

Been coming to Port CrossFit since June 2012. Best trainers/owners you can find, anywhere. The members are terrific as well making this a great experience. It doesn't matter what type of shape you're in when you start, you'll continually improve physically, mentally and nutritionally with this crew. Workouts are tough and competitive in a positive way.
Still the best CrossFit gym around. They have taken their role in keeping their members healthy very seriously during the COVID pandemic. Masks are a must and they installed an air purifier. They have designated areas for members to work out in. Equipment is sanitized after each use and class sizes have been reduced to keep everyone socially distant. Keep up the great work!

Amazing coaches, easily approachable and they go over all the movements before we get started. The workouts are challenging but I always feel accomplished at the end of a workout. Itβs 1 hr of hard work, totally worth it.

I joined Port CrossFit in March of 2013. Being athletic from a young age and always looking to try something new, I looked at PCF as an opportunity to experience a different way to workout. Now, you can' t get me out of there!
The group classes provide a motivating atmosphere for all who attend. No matter how large or small the class size is, you know you will receive support and encouragement to meet new goals from coaches and other member alike. The coaching staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help each member achieve the next level of fitness. You can't help but be inspired to reach new goals. The workouts are planned in such a manner that allow all members to work on their weakest skills, yet still improve on their strengths.If your are willing to work hard, you will be successful. These coaches will never let you down!
If you are considering joining CrossFit, Port CrossFit is the place to be!

Crossfit has been a life changing experience for me. I have been a member since July of 2012. I found out about Port Crossfit from my neighbor who had been a member for a couple of months. You see I was 49 years old at least 50lbs over weight and looking for something to get me in shape that I could stick with. From the first time I walked in to the Box I knew Port Crossfit was for me. The coaches were so welcoming and encouraging. They work closely with you to make sure you work within your limits but push you when needed. The constant change in routines keeps you wanting to come back for more. Oh and the best part is the strong sense of community the team at Port Crossfit fosters. The classes are filled with people who are encouraging and supportive no matter what level you are at in your training. Since joining Port Crossfit I have lost 55 lbs. and I am in the best shape of my life !! I have tried it all and can honestly say Port Crossfit works !!! So if you want to get in shape β become a Port Crossfit Junkie like me !!

Fitness has been a part of my life for a while. I gravitate towards endurance events, initially running but over the past few years I have been participating in triathlons. I was doing ok, but had a hard time keeping up with the same level of effort in the winter months. So, based on word of mouth I decided to try crossfit. Port CrossFit was the closest location. I walked in the door for my very first session (a one-on-one on ramp) and immediately I felt welcome. I never loved lifting or weight training but Port CrossFit makes it fun. More importably they make you feel welcome, like part of a group, and excited about fitness. I love the classes and the attention the coaches give. Since I began two years ago, new cross fit locations have popped up. I pass by two different cross fit "boxes" on my drive to Port CrossFit, but I have no intention of switching. The coaches, programming and people are great. I have noticed improvement in my endurance events and overall feel stronger and fitter. Great place, and great people.

I did not know what to expect when I walked in for my first class. I just wanted to get in shape and have more energy. After working out regularly at Port Crossfit, I achieved my goals and much more. The exercises and movements we do at Port Crossfit are helping me improve my ability to perform many physical tasks, even outside the gym. Last summer I went on a tree adventure with my son. I did not realized, when I signed us up, how much work climbing trees would be. I was happily surprised when I realized I was able to enjoy the adventure without breaking a sweat!
I wouldn't have survived the workouts without the support of the coaches and other members. The coaches are knowledgeable and very friendly. They guide me through every step on each workout to make sure I am working within my skill level, but pushing me to get better. The classes can get tough, but your classmates are always there to support and cheer you.

Port Crossfit has been an amazing experience over the past 5 months. I have been weight training on and off for the better part of a decade, but would lose interest due to "the same old routine". PCF breaks that mold with constantly varied functional movements at high intensity. I've seen drastic improvements in my form. a 15lb weight loss and a steady increase in the amount I can lift.
What has impressed me the most however is the attention to detail by all the coaches. Form always comes first and they are able to monitor each person due to the small class sizes. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to attain their goals and have a hell of a time doing it. Keep it up guys!

I have been looking for a place like this since I stopped playing organized sports. The coaches are top notch and practice what they preach . The environment is one of encouragement and comradery . This is the place if your looking to push your self beyond the limits , and come out the other side faster,stronger, and more agile . I give it a 10 out of 10
