It’s always asking me to review this place… so here goes. We started going here after football season 2021 because we noticed my 8 year old *cough* was not the most coordinated runner 🤷🏻‍♀️ We started with once a week clinics, then moved to twice a week clinics days, vacation week classes, and private sessions. All of my kids, except my 3 year old, have had the chance to workout here and they all love it! Coach Gabe is knowledgeable about working with youth and their nuances and special considerations. My son loves working out here. He loves to be challenged and is motivated to achieve his goals. We wouldn’t want to be anywhere else! PowerHouse is definitely an asset to youth athletes in the Capital District!

Ripoff Artist, took 8 weeks worth of payments in cash. Showed up late, promised wouldn't again, took $450+ then started missing appointments said would refund the remaining $380. Kept saying that and then never returned calls.
Seems nice then steals from you.

Mikey Faragon puts together a great high intensity boxing class. I wish I could go more, but the gym moved further from my house and it's tough to get there. Nevertheless, this is a top-notch gym with great people.
