Power Moves welcomes the community to our additional newly opened location, formerly known as Power Moves Gymnastics Valley Stream. We're a gymnastics center focussed on building fitness focussed mindsets through the fundamentals of gymnastics. We are family and community oriented, and welcome everyone to experience the amazing sport of gymnastics.

It's a great place to go for gymnastics lessons. The teachers are professionals,very kind, and attentive to their students. The place is very clean. The only thing I don't like is the glass walls all around that can make it feel extra cold or possibly hot from the sun. There is parking in the front and side of the building. The price for lessons is fair with the option to make up a class.

Took my daughter in for a trail class. While it could use a facelift and a better ventilation system these instructors are young and dedicated. They navigate through groups easily giving each child a trial and error lesson the the opportunity to apply instructions given and repeat. I was completely impressed with the capabilities of their students. Will be registering my daughter.
