Power Ten is a well-equipped, spacious gym for a very reasonable price. Lots of free weights, squat racks, Concept2 rowing ergs, ski ergs, stationary bicycles including Peloton, treadmills, StairMasters, cable columns, machines, kettlebells, sleds, medicine balls and a large turf area. Many TVs throughout the facility and great hours of access available through a key fob. The community here is also friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

I joined P10 3 months after having double hip replacement. I needed help rebuilding my atrophied muscles…but carefully. I signed on with a a Personal Trainer and my life was changed.
