Powertrain has been a game changer for both my daughters. They dd an especially good job of identifying what there individual goals were and hold them accountable to reach them. Special shout out to Ethan for always doing his best to accommodate our busy schedule!

Expensive but GREAT classes. Serious workout, you will be dripping with sweat. You can't use the gym without participating in a class though.

I always get an amazing workout and burn so many calories! Wearing the heart monitor helps motivate me, especially when I'm sitting at the top of a zone and need a little push to get into the next zone.
