A great place to train. Period. I’ve been a gym member for years at multiple locations and this is the only place where the staff will kindly correct your form, use of equipment, etc. in a constructive manner proving there is always something to learn. I’ve seen their trainer, Chuck, do this several times even when working out on his own time! A great place to improve and I highly recommend.

So I normally don’t write reviews, but I moved to Putnam County almost 3 years ago moved in with my boyfriend. I’m from Long Island and I was looking for a really good gym to join because I’m used to only doing Bikram yoga but decided to start lifting, however I tried two other gyms before this one AND LITERALLY NOTHING compares to this gym. I made a commitment and SO happy I did !! There is lots of space, awesome people all around.
I highly recommend this gym. Have zero complaints about it. people at the front desk, Awesome people, and the owner is the sweetest man and Best thing about this gym is his dog. He is so GOOD.😊

I started training with Vinny after receiving feedback from a judge at a bodybuilding completion that I needed to work on glutes and delts. Started here in November of 24. Been getting trained by Chuck who tailors the workout everytime I'm in. When joining i thought this gym was going to be a barebones dank dungeon type of atmosphere. Pleasantly surprised this place is 5 stars clean with great kept equipment. If you are looking for grid iorn gym that's not gonna smell worse than you do after an hour of heavy lifting this is it.

Boxing with Fly Mike Marshall is incredible. As a beginner, he taught me the fundamentals while giving me an intense workout. I've been training with him for almost 9 months and I've improved incredibly and got ripped! Boxing will definitely get your upper body in fighting shape!

He is also extremely flexible, reliable and professional. He is dedicated to the sport of boxing and will have you ready for your fight!

10/10 cannot recommend powerhouse enough. I’ve made so many friends and learned so much through the members and staff. It really truly is a community and not just a gym as cliche as that sounds, and you don’t really understand it until you start going.

The culture is beyond what I expected to find. The staff is supportive, knowledge, and friendly. I love that I can workout here and sweat amongst like minded people who aren’t there just for an athletic wear fashion show.

The facility looks modern, gym is always clean, and the equipment is pretty new. If a piece of equipment does have an issue, it’s always been repaired promptly in my experience. The sauna in the women’s locker room is infrared, so tip- turn it on before your workout so it’s nice and hot by the time you’re ready to go in. Also love having PMR right in the gym- I’ve struggled with knee pain and would schedule to pop in with the Physical therapist and/or Acupuncturist once or twice a week until I was feeling some relief. The Protein Shake bar is another perk I love, it’s so convenient just grabbing a quick shake on my way out to get the protein I need but way better than just slugging back protein powder and water from my shaker.

I’m partner to a gym in white plains. It’s integrated as we work with both the neurotypical and atypical populations. I can’t work out in my own gym. It’s quite busy and I need quiet time. I found Powerhouse gym. It’s comparable to my gym with updated equipment, extremely clean, and houses two great employees - Jack and Nia who go out of their way to say hello and goodbye. You can converse with both and they are friendly and attentive to this gym needs . The other employees seem involved in other activities, look down as you enter, and often engaged in conversations with their peers. They never notice when you leave. The members are great. They ask if you are using a machine and quite friendly. I would highly recommend. I just hope others follow Jack and Nia’s example of great customer service.its still a 5 star. Love it here.

Best gym I’ve ever worked out at hands down! I regret not signing up sooner. Great equipment and the whole entire staff, from the front desk staff to the jiu jitsu instructors and the cleaners are awesome. On top of all that it’s open 24/7!!!!! Best gym ever. 24hours and have all types of machines including an olympic room. Saunas too. Everything has drastically improved since the remodel and they also offer protein shakes, energy drinks, protein, preworkout and more.

Definitely recommend. If you're shy about being new I wouldn't worry about that as everyone is very respectful and helpful as well. When you become a regular it becomes a community for you.

Such an awesome gym, I have been looking for a Bodybuilding and hard training focused Gym in Westchester and this was the perfect spot . The first time I trained at Brewster Powerhouse, I fell in love with the gym, they got top tier equipment a lot of new nautilus machines everything has a cool blue theme. In addition the choice by the new owner to remove a lot of cardio equipment and put weight training machines was a great choice on their behalf.
