Always clean and welcoming! The receptionist had a smile and greeted me like an old friend! I haven’t been in a while because I had twins and have been out of commission and let’s face it scares to get back! Lea has taken me under her wing as a trainer and guiding me through workouts talking to me about nutrition. She is thoughtfully writing everything down for me. Over two years of being a member. PHG is the most consistent gym/facility I’ve used. There is plenty of equipment with a solid variety as well. If anything is in need of service (rare) it’s back up and running quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are trainers if you want to try one, but they are not the kind who badger you or try to get you to sign up for sessions. The locker-room/showers are clean and well taken care of. Sauna is always working too. Reasonably priced and highly recommended. 💪🏻

My boyfriend and I got memberships a few weeks ago and I’ve been steadily going in the mornings before they “open”. Everything is always so clean, the equipment is in great shape and the sauna’s in the locker rooms are a great way to end a workout. The staff member that signed us up was great! He gave us a tour and walked us through where the machines were and the staffed hours and how to get in during the unstaffed hours. I had a different membership to a different commercial gym that I ended up cancelling because of how much I enjoy this one!

Overcrowded, overpriced, and a scam. You get charged over 100 bucks to join, and pay 35 for a month to month. I had been out of the area for a few months, I had called to cancel it but they refused and said I needed to cancel in person. By the time I was able to cancel in person, they denied me any refund possible and told me I will still be charged again for next month.

Just signed up the other day! It’s open 24-7, a lot of free weights and machines for anyone to use. I highly recommend this gym. I live 15 mins away so it’s not too bad of a drive but I like the convenience of it being open 24-7! Also has a sauna which is super nice after you workout or before you workout.

Not a bad gym. The running and elliptical machines are out dated. Also you pay for the service in advance but when you cancel there's a 45 day cancellation notice that they use to essentially steal another payment or 2 from you. Not ethical as far as I'm concerned. Landlords can't even collect last months rent yet a gym like this can charge for services not even given. Dear owner you are providing a service that doesn't require you to go out find another tenant there's no moving out of furniture or repairs that need to be done. When a customer of yours makes a special trip into see you to sign in person a wet signature in order to cancel that is bad enough that we can't call or send an email. When I cancelled I had already paid for the month I had a credit and then you charged again. Not bc you have to find a new tenant and might lose rental income. You charge again bc you can get away with it.

TERRIBLE PLACE TO WORK AND EXERCISE!

The gym is super small and crammed and EVERYTHING they offer from drinks and clothes to memberships and training are way overpriced. It doesn’t have half the stuff other gyms in the area offer due to its small size. The app they use to connect to TVs never works. The 24/7 access never works after hours. Leaks in the cieling and roof constantly. Gym is filthy and locker rooms are never touched. Parking lot floods every rainfall. Management is mean and rude and cares about money over customer service.

I have never cancel a gym membership ever and I did for the first time because of my experience there! Lea does nothing but talks behind staff back when she been doing nothing! I have seen every staff member clean but her!! Like you want a person to yell at how about her or how about how she can’t do computer stuff right and has to ask someone else to do it! I wish all the staff there the best and hopes that they leave that terrible place and find somewhere better that will treat them with the respect and honesty they deserve! Im looking into to a different gym. The gym is great and mostly has good staff. Downfall: the club music sucks. Similar to what they might play at a highschool dance. They should turn off when the staff leaves to accomodate members. If they want music customers should bring their own. I prefer to train with no music for better focus.

I come home to Liverpool a couple times a year and need to maintain my training. I never knew this awesome gym was in my backyard in Baldwinsville. This is my new spot every time I come home.
