I consider myself fortunate to have discovered the Prana Yoga studio on my way to work in May 2023. I tried various exercises and diets, but I could not lose weight. I figured I would try hot yoga because I was hoping that hot yoga would help me drop the stubborn extra pounds I gained over the years, and that hot yoga poses would help me get more flexibility. I was determined to take better care of my body. Jenny, the owner of Prana Yoga and instructor, was very helpful and patient in helping me learn the various Yoga poses. The heat in the class relaxed my muscles and made doing the various yoga poses easier. It might take a few classes for some people to get used to doing hot yoga but if you keep hydrated and follow Jennyβs instructions, anyone in general good health can do it. I felt after each class that I gained knowledge of the poses as well as becoming much more flexible with each class.
Jenny at the Prana Yoga, recommended Unicity, a detox program that has been game changing, I was so tired and feeling bloated all the time, but this detox program reset my sluggish metabolism and cleaned me up (really) and, most importantly, without negative side effects.
After I completed the detox program, Jenny suggested that I try a diet program also from Unicity which has helped me to control my appetite, I am not starving myself. I feel satisfied, and I am actually losing weight. I am finally at my target weight. I feel energized and more active than ever.
Prana Yoga Studio and Jenny have improved my quality of life without any negative side effects. I am able to sleep through the night. My body is now much more flexible and stronger. I have lost weight. Jenny has introduced me to a new way of living and thinking. My mind, body, and spirit are in harmony, which is the most valuable lesson I have learned. Jenny's studio is my happy place. I highly recommend it.

I always look forward to every yoga session. Especially meditation at the end. It helps to calm my mind after a long work day. I also completed 90 days detox. Itβs a long process but worth it at the end. Whole experience taught me to take better care of my body and mind which I lack of before starting yoga and detox.

When a thick Black West Indian woman says she enjoys hot yoga, you know it must be spectacular. Jenny is a great teacher of all things chakra related and she'd patient, encouraging, and pushes you too. This place is great and Jenny is the best. I do the hot yoga with her and also did the 21 day challenge and lost 5 pounds she is wonderful and really takes the time to teach you. I learned so much for example how important it is not to eat at night and keep to a schedule. I learned how to eat healthy which made me not so bloated all the time . Exercise and eating healthier will change not only your body but the way you feel about yourself. You will feel good knowing just making a few changes will have a big effect on you. Getting rid of old habits like eating junk food soda etc. and most importantly to drink enough water. I have A lot more energy and a lot stronger. This is only the beginning for me canβt wait to see Iβm time how much I changed

I just did the getfit21 program, I was willing to get more fit! Now I made it!! Jenny is very nice instructor she push me everyday so I could achieve my goal! If you want to lose weight or change your body shape Prana yoga is the best choice for you.

My name is Frankie, I was originally looking for a gym to work out after work. I stumbled prana hot yoga and glad I did . Jenny, pushed me and convinced me to join the getfit21 program. I have to say everything from the motivational texts to the given material has been a awesome experience. I ended up losing 17 pounds and it changed my mentality on food and nutrition. The overall result I feel amazing ,lighter ,more energetic, skin clearer. I definitely recommend prana hot yoga and all the programs she has to offer .

Jenny is a great instructor and nice person. The studio is not too big, but neat and clean. The meditation at the end of each class also helps to release stress and clear mind, there's nothing to complain about. I started the yoga class there since mid-April and tried to be there at least two or three times a week. I told Jenny that my goal is to lose weight at the very beginning, so she introduced the 30 days cleans program to me, by taking the aloe pills and a scoop of fiber daily during that 30 days, I can tell my belly has been flatten a little bit, though weight wise is not that significant, I think I have lost about 3 to 5 lbs, however, can feel that my body has been lighter and cleaned from the condition of my skin. After that, I also took the Get Fit 21days program, there were couple challengers in that program and we all needed to share pictures of our protein shakes (for breakfast and dinner) and meals daily, which help us to motivate ourselves to eat healthier, and Jenny also gave us suggestions on food during that 21 days. Aside for diet, there is also a set of exercise to be done in different days. I followed all the eating pattern and exercise as suggested and got a very satisfied result (lost 9 lbs in 21 days). The important part of the 21 days program is not only the result, but it also changes my eating pattern and habit in doing exercise. I feel like it is a must for me to do daily exercise and to eat healthy now. Overall, I highly recommend Jenny and the 21 day get fit program to anyone who is targeting to lose weight in a healthy way.

This is the second hot yoga studio Iβve come to. I hadn't REALLY enjoyed practicing yoga in the heat before, but I always went for its added benefits (deeper stretching and weight loss). After taking Jenny's class, i not only find her classes to be fun but i have been motivated to get better. Her practices are accessible for beginners and the poses are broken down. If you are advanced, she will challenge you. Ask if you have any questions! Jenny is always wanting to teach and help her students get better.

I have been having difficulty falling asleep, this hot yoga exercise is very effective to improve my sleep as well.. Also I am sooo~~ surprised at how yoga exercises change my figure~! I like my teacher Jenny, she has good energy and being passionate and sharing what she know with others. Seriously guys, just try it yourself!

I have been this place for 4 years since it opened in 2012. I am always suffering from neck pain and back pain for a few years and I received chiropractc and acupuncture treatments from several places. They could relieve my pain temporarily but the pain came back when I got stresses or in the change of season. Since I started practiing hot yoga here, my pain was getting relieved, feel much better than before and I could sleep well. Heat really help me to circulate my body and good for relaxation. During this terrible winter, hot yoga really saved me from back pain! Its yoga instructor has strong passion for yoga and always encourages me to keep practicing. I purchased membership so I can practice as often as I want to. Also they provide classes on weekend so when I cannot come during the week with schedule conflicts then I can come on Weekend. I love the place!!!

everyone has their own opinion about yoga, especially hot yoga. alot of people encouraged and alot of people discouraged me from trying it but i had to find out for myself. hot yoga really is amazing. go in with an open mind, reminding yourself sometimes it gets a little over 100 degrees in a small studio. recently renovated to add a full wall of mirrors - prana hot yoga is minimalistic. but its like a family. the teacher, jenny, accomodates for everyone; ensuring that your poses are correct all throughout the class. she really knows her stuff and is an amazing instructor. no matter what you hear, try it for yourself! it really is a great feeling when all those toxins leave your body and you leave class fully relaxed and ready to take on your next day!! don't forget to bring a cold water and a towel!
