PTL is a very welcoming place for those new to exercise or for more seasoned athletes. They do an amazing job at tailoring an exercise and nutrition program for you and keep you motivated and focused! They have also always been very flexible if I have had to miss or reschedule for one of my kid’s many commitments. My son also loves their athlete training program for middle school/high school athletes. I cant say enough about this place!

My son Zach has been working with Coach Tommy for the past year on pitching and hitting. During this time he has shown great improvement and confidence as a pitcher and his hitting has improved significantly. Coach Tommy has raised Zach’s game both physically and mentally.

My 14YO son really enjoyed the offseason pitching program. He saw gains in his performance and I have no doubt entered the tryout season healthy and effective compared to if he came in cold. He made his JV team last week and coaches were happy with his velocity and command. I know we'd plan to do a similar program next offseason at PTL.

Keith and his team of trainers at PTL are great. They are knowledgeable, outstanding teachers, and work well with kids. They break the game down well for young players to understand. Both my son and daughter have trained with his team and both have seen tremendous improvement in their physical fitness, mental approach, and game skills. Both of my sons have taken private batting and pitching lessons at PTL. We have been so happy with the coaches and staff. Wonderful facility and coaches! Our sons have been taking weekly hitting lessons with Coach Todd and Coach Keith. Both coaches understand how to positively inspire young kids to work hard. Our sons have improved tremendously in their batting technique, which has directly correlated to their confidence at bat. Highly recommend!

This was for baseball. Didn’t find it very helpful. Could’ve mixed up the instruction a bit. Could’ve been more supportive for newer players. Kind of expensive for what it was.

I have had such a great experience at this gym. The owners are friendly and go above and beyond, taking the time to get to know you and see what you personally need. My trainer is exceptionally knowledgeable, making it so that I can see the improvements I want without ever getting hurt or doing too much. I'm genuinely shocked at how much I love going here (I am not a gym person) and thrilled with the results I've seen. Don't be afraid to give them a try - super friendly and low pressure.

I cannot recommend PTL enough! Their classes are motivating, fun and highly effective. Each class offers new exercises and challenges to keep things fresh. The trainers are very encouraging and are able to modify anything to make it more or less difficult. These 45 minute workouts will get you hooked!!

Our 8-year-old son’s little league team went to Press The Limit Fitness for batting practice, and I cannot recommend them enough!
The owner was not only welcoming but also exceptionally engaging, making sure each child felt included and excited about the day. The facility itself was perfect for our needs, offering a safe and encouraging environment for the kids to improve their skills. It was evident that the owner genuinely cared about fostering a love for the game in young players, and his enthusiasm was contagious.

I heard about Press The Limit through my sons little league baseball team. After showing up to some of his workouts I left so impressed! The techniques and age appropriate workouts taught were fantastic. I had to give it a try for myself! I have never enjoyed classes until now! I’m so glad I found this gym! PTL is such an awesome place. I moved from Austin, Texas in 2021 and loved my gym there, so I had been trying to find an athlete-focused gym in Rochester that has a sense of community and also focuses on injury-prevention (especially now having 2 kids and needing to build strength in a safe way). When PTL opened in Fairport, I was so excited, and it has been everything I hoped for. And honestly even though I live close by, it's totally worth the drive if you don't live in Fairport. Caroline and Keith are both phenomenal at what they do, and I always look forward to being in class for my "me" time. The community is great, too, and everyone is super friendly. I've been going to classes consistently for a month now, and I'm looking forward to continuing to build strength and meet my goals in a fun environment!
